They genuinely care. Best dentist I've ever had, incredibly sweet staff and the doctor has done some of the nicest work I've had, with next to no pain. Very accommodating about pain issues, and as quick as can be with all procedures. Also willing to be flexible and available with time sensitive problems (painful cavity, shattered tooth, etc), rather than scheduling you 6 months away when it would be worse, like other places I've gone. They helped my dad with an abscessed tooth just days after calling. Been going for 3 years, will keep going as long as I can. They genuinely care. I went to her and not only was she about to fill TWO teeth that didn't need to be filled - but she LITTERALLY numbed my mouth THEN asked me to PAY my portion of the bill. I was told when I entered how much I owed and I asked 'should I pay now?' they said no - but she asked her 'embarrassed' hygienist to ask me to pay before you completed my service - AND WHILE I was lying in the chair - with numbing agent that she shot in my mouth then walked out - to get them to ask me for money. I left and good thing I did - The other dentist I went to said those TWO teeth didn't even need filling!!!! She is horrible!!!!! (her staff are nice- But if you have CHOICE - in West Point- RUN to another dentist).

Wonderful and caring staff and dentist I'd recommend her to anyone. Very gentle and takes her time with any dental need.

Fabulous staff that takes an interest in helping you. Dr. Shroff listens and works hard to make you comfortable, fix your issue, and shows care and concern for her patients. A local gem.

So today Ashley, got a nasty call from me! I'm from VA not Ga????. Have an appt. To get veneers replaced. Needless to say I talked to her disrespectful and felt so out of Character. Again Ashley, I'm sorry enjoy your Pizza Girl!!

We had a wonderful visit to the dentist today. Dr. Shroff and her staff took excellent care of my daughter and me. My five year old daughter sat through a filling without wincing even once! Dr. Shroff and her staff were so wonderful- they put her completely at ease. We loved the entire experience and would highly recommend Dr. Shroff to anyone looking for a good dentist.
