Just had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Ilbeigi. I was very worried about pain. 0 pain during the procedure. In and out. Very courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

He killed my father. My father was in no condition to undergo surgery and Dr. Ilbeigi had no concern for it. When I called the office to express my concerns and ask questions, I could only ever talk to a medical assistant who said Dr I didn’t finish chart notes for TWO DAYS! Pretty sure this is not standard if care. Then the medical assistant said we had “nothing to worry about” , when I asked to talk to the doctor I was told he was too busy but the surgery was standard care and my dad would “be fine.” There was no concern for my questions or concerns and then my father DIED post surgery. My father should have never undergone anesthesia In his conditions and Dr Ilbeigi and his anesthesia team should have recognized this and consulted appropriately. If I wanted money, I would sue but that will never bring my father back. Stay away from this doctor. He is not interested in his patients’ care.

He abuses women staff members, doesn’t follow CDC guidelines , and is arrogant, if you get cancer , he will be even worse as have many of his patients have stated.

I'm not even a patient here and I'm annoyed by the lack professionalism. I called on behalf of a friend because there's a language barrier and FIRST off...let me start with just phoning in... You have to go through a whole list of "I can't pronounce what the voice over just said" to get to the end where it allows you to talk to an actual person who could direct you to the right person. (smh) For many, this may not be a problem, but for the elderly and those with language barriers other than Spanish, will have a rough time deciphering through the options. Just select 3 people and it'll take you to my next complaint. So after you explain what you need and what the problem is, said nurse operator says, "hold on, let me have you talk to a nurse." WTH...why didn't I just get transferred to the nurse in the first place, why did she sit there and listen? Do they like listening to people get frustrated for fun? Is that what this is? Soooo she transfers me to a "nurse" only for said nurse to not know where to direct or even begin...I've been on hold for 15 minutes... In fact, I'm writing this review as I sit on hold o_0 I'm sure at this point I'm being ignored which I will rectify as soon as I'm done, but this is sad and I hope none of those nurses or whatever they're calling themselves nowadays have to go through this on their own time, let alone their family members!! The doctor is the most arrogant jerk I’ve ever met.

He is so cool

I Was referred by my PCP to Dr Ilbeigi, a board certified Urologist. After extensive consultation I was convinced, RRP, would be my best option, I had done much research on the internet, which helped me make my decision. I also had a long list of questions and Dr Ilbeigi, clearly answered them for me. This Dr has done several thousand RRP (RADICAL ROBOTIC PROSTATECTOMYS) with highly successful outcomes. Surgery performed at Eisenhower medical center, in Palm Springs Calif. October 2016. 2.5 years and thus far, lab tests show, undetectable PSA! indicating I'm cured. I just had my 3rd procedure with Dr. Ilbeigi to treat my chronic bladder cancer. Dr Ilbeigi is an outstanding and caring professional and a leader in his field. Like most doctors, his time is in demand, but he has always taken as much time as necessary to make sure I understand his diagnosis and to answer all of my questions.

Excellent surgeon and great bedside manner. He’s trustworthy and has innovative ideas, very intelligent and kind.

My husband had surgery by Dr. Pedram ilbeigi. He was left in extreme pain after prostate surgery for over 6 hours. Also, wish we had consulted with other urologists that might have cared enough to try and do nerve sparring surgery. After surgery, this doctor was extremely callous upon hearing that my husband's PSA was still high.

Knowledgeable, caring, experienced, number one urologist.

My husband got a vasectomy 1 year ago didn't feel a thing doctor did an amazing job and barely a scar

Dr. Ilbeigi has a very good reputation as a surgeon. I am disappointed, however, that he displayed a total lack of empathy when I presented with a high psa after prostatectomy and gave me a lecture as to why I shouldn't be upset about my persistent prostate cancer because the treatment was so much easier than for other types of cancer. I guess he must be psychic in that he can predict what I will face in the future.
