This office told my mother that her blood was not normal. So when she went to a different doctors office to get another checkup the doctor told her that her blood was normal and there's was nothing wrong with her blood. She's going to report this office to the city for lying about her records

Looove the doctors at this office. The wait can be very long but i believe it’s only because the doctor is very thorough with every patient and ensures that we are feeling well and are doing good. The ONLY issue and bad feedback that I can give is regarding the STAFF. The receptionist up front are verrrrrry rude and nasty. Their bedside manner is terrible. I feel that you should have employees that are happy to be at work and are more than happy to help out the patients. If you don’t like what you do.. you simply just shouldn’t be working there. I understand everyone has their days but every time i come for my appointment or try to call to schedule one it’s always the same thing. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 and their attitude hasn’t changed. I think I’ve had like 1 or 2 okay experience with them.. other than that I can’t say anything nice about them. This Dr saved my mother’s life... bless this woman she goes above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem you have!!! GOD BLESS THIS DR. She does her work with love!!!!!

They are so lazy I always wait 3 or 4 hours to see the doctor and I just see her 10 mnts that’s no good im not recommended this place

The staff here is so unprofessional I visited the Far Rockaway location because of convenience, Dr Tate seems pleasant enough. But she needs to either retrain her staff in customer service, or get rid of the front desk staff and hire new staff. After two bad experiences with them, I’m done.

I have put up with waiting long hours after my appointment time, I've put up with her rude and unprofessional staff, but this last incident was the worsted. I booked an appointment for my physical one day, I took off from work got to my appointment waited 1 1/2 hour to be seen, I left there 4 1/2 hours later. when leaving I was told to book an appointment to get my results in two weeks. I told the receptionist that I had to take off from work just to be able to get my physical done, but I'm not going to be able to do that again. I asked for the last appointment for the day she said it was a 3:30 appointment I told her where I work and that I finish work at 4pm. She said to me that I should try to get there as soon as I can. I showed up there an hour late and they told they told me I have to reschedule because I'm late. I explained I'll keep having the same issues because of how I work, and can i call for my results, all she said was she works too. Its over a month since and nothing

I waited 2 hours to see her but it was well worth it! Very nice staff and office. I think they need to work on scheduling patients so wait won't be so long.

Wasn't to happy with the girls up front They seem a little unfriendly and a bit rude. But when I got seen by the Doctor she was a lovely caring Doctor .Took the time to talk to me and ask me any concerns I had with my body. The Check up was quick and smooth. So after all it was a good visit my main concern is having a phenomenal GYN really the rude customer service really doesn't matter as long as the Doctor is Caring and Professional. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago as a first time patient. I had my appointment schedule today at 9:45am it was 12:30pm and i had not been seen. I asked why other patients who came after me were seen, i was told they were getting results which was a lie. I approach Dr. Tate and said what was done was not professional like, she immediately threw at me my chart and say she will refuse to see. She was so unprofessional by abandoning her patients and not seeing anyone today.
