The doctor told us that all lab tests would be included in his fee. Then we received a lab test bill for more than $100. His office isn't responding to phone calls or emails. Do not use this medical office.

Front desk was very courteous and so was the nurse tech. A patient arrived before me and I was asked by the front desk is she could go ahead and see the “doctor” before me as her visit was only going to be 10 minutes. I decided that was fine although I do have the meter running and had waited an hour already. I’m currently pregnant and have developed an issue while breathing. I came here thinking I’d see the Doctor. Instead I was seen by an intern who got very offended. She lied once I was in her office and said she is the doctor. After I asked for her ID to know what type of “doctor” I am seeing she got up and decided she did not want to talk to me anymore. As a patient I have a right to know who I am putting my health in the hands of. I learned she is an intern and told the front desk I would rather see the doctor as my conditions are serious. They offered to have me meet with him through tele health. However this was not enough for me. I Would not return.

Takes a minimum of an hour to be seen whether you have an appointment or not

This place is great! All staff members are wonderful, the atmosphere is very zen and the place is very clean. It's great that you can walk in without an appointment, l highly recommend it and will continue to visit this location ????

Patients are never seen by the doctor. Office is unprofessional and full of confusion. Only Dr. Iqbal’s license is posted, you don’t even know if the people seeing are licensed professionals. This is a scam, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Very attentive and friendly staff

Apparently the doctor is on medical leave for a long time and we were seen by their assistant. This was not a recent thing - so why did they make an appointment for us to see a doctor who was definitely not going to be there?The whole thing was a disaster. This appointment was for an 82 year old woman in a delicate state. The assitant said she needed a test but because she technically was not a doctor she didn't have the clearance to request this test, so the facility she sent us to next door said we couldn't get the test until it was signed by the pulmonology doctor, and not this assistant. But there’s no doctor so we got nowhere. Anyways during the visit she also didnt even check her or provide any sort of medical assistance or guidance on her pulmonology situation at all. Someone requiring a pulmonologist is a delicate patient and these people are putting peoples lives in danger by promising doctor evaluation and attention and then not delivering on that promise AT ALL.

We waited a week for this appointment just for it to be a complete waste of time. We could have scheduled something somewhere else to see an actual doctor if they were honest. Stop playing with the lives of delicate patients. Avoid this place at all costs. On top of all that they were extremely rude and the place is a dump.

I visited this facility for covid tests-a rapid and a PCR. I was shocked at the treatment I received at the hand of the nurse who administered the test. She was obviously tired and frustrated by something that was going on behind the scenes. During the preliminaries, she threw a tantrum when I asked for both tests. She pulled off her glove and threw whatever she had in her hand and said "I need a doctor. I can't handle this." She cut me off during mid-statement and stormed out the room. When she returned I asked, "Is there a problem ma'm ? Her response was "Nothing that you could help with. Nothing that you could help with." There was more to this encounter, but I decided to speak with a very respectful doctor (in the presence of the receptionist) who promised faithfully to "take it from here." I told him that I will not be returning to this facility again. This happened on Thursday, 12/23 at approximately 7:30 p. m. after waiting since 320 p.m. approximately. The workers there and very negligent of the patients. On 12/29/21 I waited over 2 hours just for a rapid Covid test and was given an attitude as if I didn’t sit there quietly the whole time. On another note, why have a phone number if no one is going to answer when it’s called. Ever!

Good doctor but they make you wait way too long !!! You will be here for over an hour after your appointment time. The nurses at the front desk don’t know ANYTHING about customer service. Dr George exceeded all my expectations. He is a great listener and communicator and I trust him to make good medical decisions. Our visit was not at all rushed and he addressed all my concerns, and had fully read my medical history in advance. I’m really impressed and grateful. The wait time was just over an hour and the waiting room experience was not pleasant, but I will return for the good quality of care. Dr George exceeded all my expectations. I took my senior citizens parents to Dr Iqbal office. The service was horrible. The staff very incompetent. When Dr Iqbal was in the office the service was alot better. My rating is -0.

Best Pulmunoligist ever. He told me ‘your lungs should be clear 100%’ - and he set me on a course of treatment that completely freed me from wheezing and breathing difficulties. Recommended!

The Dr's and the rest of the workers are very professional and care about their patients health. The nurses take their time drawing you're blood and very careful and knowledgeable of what they are doing.

This doctor was not capable to detect stage 4 cancer metastasis in my husband’s lungs. He assured us nodules were normal since my husband is a former smoker, in the meantime it was metastasis! Curse the day we visited him, his license should be revoked

Very disappointed with my experience here. Every time I have come here, I never see the same person twice. I have had only one interaction with the actual doctor. The examination is not thorough and I have had to go for a second opinion twice to get an answer about my ailments. The wait time is ridiculous. I have waited over 2 hours for a doctor to show up to my appointment. I would not recommend this doctor, or anyone in his office, to anyone in the surrounding community.

I had suffered from allergies for a long time. Luckily I was referred to dr Iqbal for the treatment, thanks to him all the symptoms are relieved now and I can finally breath without any problems. Thank you!

I visited Dr Iqbal regarding my breathing. I was using my asthma pump daily. He prescribed a different course of treatment which I am 100% pleased with. I didn't use my asthma pump in 3 weeks and it feels great. His employees are also very pleasant & patient.

He bills patients for nothing, a rip off. The smallest rooms i have ever seen in my life. I visited the office one time and i got 3 bills! I got one for a visit that i didnt even make.

Never in my life have I been treated so awful by a doctor. I have never left a doctors office in tears. He was rude and unprofessional. He accused me of lying when I told him that the pharmacy did not receive an order for a particular medicine. He was dismissive and wouldn't allow me to speak. He said don' t speak only listen. Doctor very knowledgeable and clearly concerned. Staff is helpful and excellent. The wait time, however, is ridiculous. I mentioned this to the Dr., and he responded that when people have pulmonary problems, they often need to see him immediately. See "clearly concerned" comment above...so I bring my book and read.

My mother visited and got totally disappointed. Worst doctor ever. I would give him 0 stars, unfortunately I don’t see this option. He needs to study more and learn mannerisms. I am going to tell you the kind of man Dr. Iqbal is and you can decide if you want your health and life in his hands. I rented a property from him in Bayshore, NY. He carried out a completely unwarranted and illegal eviction. He did not go through the courts and had all of my and my 10 year old daughter's property removed from the home one day while I was at work with NO warning to me. I am a 31 year old, professional, working, single mother who now has to START FROM SCRATCH. Every piece of furniture I have was broken into a million pieces on the front lawn. My 10 year old little girls toys were either broken, ruined or stolen. My TV's and electronics, all stolen. All of my child's memories and art work from elementary school were destroyed and tossed about the street. Even our clothing is gone. We were left homeless with only the clothing on our backs. Even my two cats were thrown out onto the streets, one of which is still missing. My daughter and I are devastated and we have no idea how we are going to recover from all of this. I am a medical professional and I called this doctor to get a prior authorization for a patient of mine. It just so happened we have a cell phone number on file for him. This DOCTOR yelled at the top of his lungs and cursed at me for calling his cell then hung up. This is SUPPOSED to be an educated individual and should be cunducting himself professionally.
