Went in a number of years back for lower back pain. Went through the experimental before actually doing the procedure and it was great! No more pain. Recently went in for pain in the neck. Procedure done and office checked back with me three days later to see if my pain was gone, I reported it was not but I have RA and some days are more painful than others. Now he won’t see me at all. Dr.Bravos was great with my procedure but I have been trying for 3 days to get his staff to respond to my concerns from the procedure. I called and insisted of them taking a message to have someone call me back they asked if I would call back in 10 min...

Arrived for procedure to relieve pain in my lower back. Had previously received a letter from Dr Bravos's office with instructions on what medications to stop (and when) prior to my procedure. I complied with the instructions. Upon arrival for procedure, was asked for exact dates I stopped the two medications (Plavix and Eliquis). Without my calendar in front of me, I told the staffer I complied with their letter (12/11/2019). She insisted on exact dates. I told her to just refer to their letter and the dates listed were the dates I stopped the medications involved. She refused to do that. I was sent away, after having complied with ALL instructions. They never asked me to show up with the exact dates I stopped the medications. They appear to have little regard for patients! Arrived for procedure to relieve pain in my lower back. He’s very professional staff is very friendly they got me in as soon as possible I’m glad I went to see him

Very pleased with Dr. Bravos. Explains everything in laymans terms. His staff keeps you posted and follows thru. Epidural Injection went well and staff contacts patients afterwards. Very professional.
