Worst Doctor ever! Stay away from this office!! He should not be practicing medicine! If you are a senior citizen pick someone else! He needs to retire and go away! Has zero personality and doesn't look at you when speaking to him! I can't even give them any stars but I had to give 1 in order to leave a comment! He's not up to todays practices. Christian grandell P.A is amazing so is Bridget Conley P.A As far as that staff they are ignorant and continuously makes mistakes . The office manager think she is a big shot and I have witnessed her arguing with patients multiple times. Dr Dux will not call you back, or properly care for you. I would choose another doctor, one that can offer a patient acceptable medical care. He will not give blood results over the phone, required the patient to come back in "just to read off results", and we all know it's a billing thing he is doing...and there is more, but i think this is enough for now, hope this helps just one person and they choose another doctor to go to... Peter Dux has been my primary care provider for more than 10 years. What I really like about him is that he doesn't over prescribe unnecessary medications. He also takes the time to find out WHY something is happening instead of just pushing pills. When a condition is out of his area of expertise, he has no problem immediately recommending the appropriate medical specialists. He is an excellent doctor. Has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is the type of doctor who gives you what you need and not what you think you might need. He has on several occasions used a combination of both home health and medical treatments. He uses the guidelines provided by testing companies resulting from blood tests as just that - guidelines. He is not the type of doctor who will pump you full of drugs which may or may not work. If you are not feeling well he is your best go to doctor.

Office staff is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Dr Dux-- When it is time for your annual physical he has you come in for your physical, then he send you for Labs works. After the Labs he want you to come back in for a follow apointment to the Labs. BlueCross BlueShield will pay 100% for your physical and labs, BUT WILL NOT PAY FOR THE FOLLOW-UP APOINTMENT. $$$$

It breaks my heart because Dr. Dux is fabulous but I changed doctors because I couldn't stand how they ran their office and the staff (just some of them) were horribly rude and inconsiderate! I can go to Labcorp for free labs but they would charge me an additional co-pay to use their IN-HOUSE lab. There were just too many things that drove me crazy. If they'd fix how they operate I would go back to Dux in a heart beat!
