Dr. Edwards is the best physician I have ever had the pleasure to know. He helped me through a broken collar bone and separated shoulder, He fixed my right knee when I was 16 and then again when I was 34 and my left knee just today at 37. He is always encouraging, positive, and just a wonderful person to know and to help me get back on my feet (literally ????) whenever I have an injury that requires an orthopedic doctor it will ALWAYS be Dr. Edwards. Thanks again Doc!

My youth athlete has seen Dr Edwards twice in the last two years for knee injuries. He has always made himself available to us via text or office visits. It is truly comforting to get expert and thorough advice when it comes to injuries in youth sports.

Dr.Edwards treated me like an old friend even though we had never met. He took the time to learn about my lifestyle and gave me a lot of information about my options and what he felt was the best option for me. I’m very happy I chose Orthopedic One.

Dr Edwards was fantastic! He was very efficient and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr Edwards to any one who is in need of an Orthopedic surgeon for their knee.

Dr. Edward's is great! His bed side manner is unmatched. He is straight forward and funny at the same time. Great experience!

The office staff and the Doctor were great! I felt he was very knowledgeable and I was happy with his recommendations.

My knee started locking with no known injury. I went to a doctor at Ohio Health and without any radiological diagnosis said I had a tight IT band. I thought maybe my Rheumatologist could treat the knee with steroids since I have RA. Luckily she referred me to Dr. Edwards!! I got an MRI and diagnosis that day. Dr. Edwards said I had a meniscus bucket tear and asked if I wanted to get surgery that Friday! Wow, I had to wait a week but that was lightning fast! I walked out of the appointment and googled Dr. Edwards and found out he’s the Columbus Crew team doctor. Well if anyone can fix a knee it has to be the professional soccer team doc. Unfortunately I had to have a repair that took me to no weight bearing for weeks. That was a mess for me, I’m single in a 800 sqft multi level home with a lot of pets. (My only complaint was I wish they better prepared me for return home by myself with all of the restrictions. Maybe information on home health etc.. but that doesn’t reflect on Dr. Edwards). Because of this I had to move near Ashville, OH and Ortho1 PT department was not close. I began my therapy around 8 weeks out and was not progressing well. On my return to see Dr. Edwards he encouraged me to go to their physical therapy as soon as I moved back. Wow!! What a difference. Now I’m 5 months out and I feel great! I have to give a little bit of credit to the AMAZING physical therapists but mostly to the doctor himself. He so nice but what a changed person he is the day of surgery, I think this guy loves the OR… he was beaming! He takes his work very seriously and the respect he has outside of Ortho One within medical and non-medical communities is the reason I would not recommend anyone else to do a knee repair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A++ My knee started locking with no known injury. I have many doctors in my family (some famous) so I'm picky who I go to. If you have Orthopedic issues and want the best, look no further than Dr. Edwards. It says a lot that top Athletes seek him out. His "bedside manner" listening skills and connection to patients is beyond reproach. I've even taken my kids with orthopedic issues to him which will tell you the confidence I have in him.

Dr. Edwards is one of the best. You always feel well cared for and informed with Dr. Edwards and the staff. Great PT unit right there.

I’m not a professional athlete, but Dr. Edwards made me feel like one with the care and professionalism and personal time he spent with me. I’d recommend him without reservation to anyone.

The staff was very helpful and the PA and Doctor Edwards we very forthright and really helped make it such a great experience

Dr. Edwards was friendly, practical and understanding! I would refer anyone to him. I was able to get in to see him promptly which is greatly appreciated when being in pain.

The visit to Orthopedic One was very pleasant and educational. I learned about many different facets of my joints especially the knee. I can now take control and fix issues I have been doing incorrectly. Thanks for the education and knowledge.

As a medical provider myself, I consider Dr. Edwards as a consummate professional. I trust him with myself and family for all our orthopedic needs. He goes above and beyond every time.

I have seen a lot of doctors in my 33 years (unfortunately). Dr. Edward’s completed ACL reconstruction on my daughter. He had a wonderful bedside manner and truly knows his stuff. We are so happy with him so far! In addition he has recommended an amazing PT named Jeff.

Dr. Edwards repaired my Achilles 19 years ago and have been always grateful for a full recovery. Unfortunately I have injured myself again having to make an appointment and still have complete confidence in him.

My experiences with Dr Edwards and his staff over the past 18+ years have been excellent. He is a master in his field and his staff appear to enjoy working with him. On recent visits I’ve been very impressed with patient time management and short waits in the lobby and exam rooms.

Dr Edwards spent a great deal of time examining and asking questions of my 14 yr old son. Additionally, he did an excellent job of establishing a rapport with my son. (Getting teen boys to talk isn’t always easy.) As a parent, I felt Dr Edwards created a very clear plan for my son to move forward and get back to his sports.

Saw Dr. Edwards for a second opinion after a knee injury. The first doc I saw at OSU told me I was looking at a knee replacement as I have osteoarthritis. Dr. Edwards gave me a much brighter outlook and said the arthritis had been there for years and that my pain was caused by something else. Next up, trying a scope and PT to treat what is likely a torn meniscus. Turns out my running days aren’t over. Highly recommended Dr. Edwards and all of the friendly staff at OrthoOne! I honestly cannot imagine a more competent, professional, caring surgeon. He understands the needs of young, elite athletes, both physically and mentally. Dr. Edwards and his staff - office, OR and PT - show such understanding, care and offer targeted treatment plans so that their patients can optimize the physical outcome of sustained injuries and return to the sport they love at the level they strive for. Amazing!

Dr. Edwards has been my saving grace over the past year. He treats me as if I am his own daughter, always takes the time to talk everything through with me and sees that I am even doing well in my college courses. We bicker like family, but I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. His staff, especially Sara, Kate and Kalli, are amazing and will do just about anything in their power to ensure you are comfortable during all treatments, appointments and stays.
