I am writing this in hopes that maybe it will open some eyes, however with the way I have been treated by your practice since my Primary Dr. Williams unexpectedly passed away I am sure this is going to fall on deaf ears. Since I was a teenager I have been on a medication that needs monthly scripts written. The only time in 12 years I have been off of this medication is when I was WEANED off to have my children and nurse them. However, since becoming your patient, every 15 days (because I have never gotten the full month from you) I have called days in advanced of needing my refill only to be ignored for days on end, or when I keep calling daily being told “the doctor has a note for it” but every 15 days I have ended up being forced into a slight withdrawal for days because of your negligence. This medication is not recommended to be abruptly stopped. And I am just thankful that my family understands how I have been struggling without it and support me through it. At 30 it is embarrassing that I have to be on something in order to be my best self, but I do...It helps me drastically every day, but your office making me feel ashamed and as if I’m a nuisance begging for a much needed medication is completely wrong. Today, I had a telehealth visit with urgent care at the recommendation of my pharmacist due to your lack of help, and lack of communication for a week now...and they took care of me the way a physician should. Something that your office has failed to do week after week. This was temporary as my new primary begins seeing me next month, thank goodness because I could not continue to be treated and ignored the way I have from your staff and physicians. Doctor Williams would be so ashamed that his patients were recommended to start seeing you. A doctor who actually cared about the well being and health of his patients. A doctor with a heart of gold.... your office could have learned a whole lot from his practice and the way he and his staff truly cared about every single one of his patients. The first few times I was understanding as I’m sure you have had an influx of his patients since his death. But failing to do something that takes literally seconds to enter into the computer or a simple call for communication is complete medical negligence on your entire practice’s end. I have nothing more to say, but had to get this off my chest in hopes that maybe you can change your ways and do no more harm to your patients who reluctantly have to rely on medical interventions for their daily lives. I will be contacting the medical board and voicing my concerns Regarding the treatment of your patients as well. Do better.

Good experience for over 20 years with him. Always pleasant, listened to our problems, and gave good advice.

It is a long wait but I feel he listens to u and testes u for whatever he feels is important ..great dr

Horrible experience! Staff is incompetent and do what they want to do. Always a no call, no show on appointments and then calls the next day to reschedule. Staff and doctor have no communication amongst each other. The worse possible place to go for care!!!

Great Doctor !

Dr. Kuponiyi has always provided appropriate Office time for me. I have Parkinsons and experience Heart Failure. Of all tending Physicians over the years I gladly submit my Vote to Dr.K.

I have been going to Dr. Kuponiyi for over 18 years. I agree the wait time is very long, however, I have to totally disagree on the comments of his skills as a Doctor. I have never felt rushed once I am before him and he has always cured any problems I had. I think is is unfair to judge him on the long wait time, could it be better, Yes, but to say he is not a good doctor, I think is unfair. The staff is very professional and helpful as well. Dr. Kuponiyi has gone as far as calling me after hours because of a medicine another doctor has prescribed for me to advise me of the side affects. Maybe someone should take into account, the reason he is so busy because he does not turn people away and as far at the " medicaid cases" , I have excellent health insurance and I can go ANYWHERE I choose to, and he is and will always be my Doctor as long as he is practice. I think the reviews of him are unfair and totally untrue. W Thompson

I highly recommend Dr. Kuponiyi. His professionalism and kindness are unsurpassed.

4 hour wait time. Patients are let in almost at random, not by turn or appointment.

Wait time is about 3 hours. Doesnt care how you feel or what you think, acts like he is above you, makes you feel judged & lectured you. I've gone to the hospital from my anxiety, when it hits me I suffer hard, this doctor acts like I'm just some drug addict even though I have records from the hospital which state I was in need of medication. Dont feel like I can talk to him. Other issues I've tried to discuss health wise he doesnt care. One of the worst I've ever dealt with honestly.
