Great practice from the best hygienists to competent docs. Highly recommend for the family!

The receptionists here are horrible. I would not recommend coming here. On my first encounter, I asked the receptionist if she could scan my ID and she snapped back that I needed to take a picture and email it when I was standing in front of her with my ID. It would have been equally as easy for her to scan my ID when I was in the office 6 feet away from her. She could have at least used a polite tone. Every other dentist or medical office I have been to has been able to scan my insurance card and ID. During the encounter, Dr. Kwon was polite and I have nothing to say other than it was a typical experience. A few weeks after my visit, I emailed the office to inquire whether they had received copies of X-rays from my previous dentist. Rather than answering my question, the receptionist names Jessica rudely emailed me back saying she won't release my records without me paying the bill. The bill wasn't even overdue (3 weeks till the due date) and I hadn't asked them to release my records. I had asked them if they received X-rays from my old dentist. Overall, this was a horribly unpleasant experience. As I am in the healthcare profession myself, I cannot say I would recommend this practice and I will not be coming back here. I have a terrible experience with my dental care appointment with this office with wasting my time for requesting 1 hour early leave to drive there, and was told that the appointment need be re-scheduled, the clerk is rude, people shall try to avoid to go there.

Dr. Kwon was recommended to me by a coworker a few years ago and I am very happy with the Dental work I received at his office. When I needed a filling last month Dr. Kwon performed skillful numbing and filling on one of the most difficult teeth. Dental assistants were not only helpful but also genuinely caring. Gentle yet thorough cleaning is always done by the dental hygienist, Ann. I’ve seen a number of dentists in the past and Dr. Kwon is knowledgeable, experienced, talented, and compassionate which makes him one of the best and I am glad I finally found him. The office is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Kwon and the team. I can’t say enough about Dr. Kwon and his staff. I went to him after a different dentist completely messed up my Invisalign case and wouldn’t listen to me. Dr. Kwon took extra care and patience with me. He completely fixed what the previous doctor did, gave me dental implants, restorations, AND veneers. Every step of the process was easy with him. He is such a kind doctor. He understands patients and listens to their concerns. I highly recommend him for all of your dental needs. Thank you so so much Dr. Kwon! I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Kwon when I first moved to MD. For the last seven years, he has been taking outstanding care of the dental needs of my loved ones and myself. His friendly and professional manners inspire warmth and confidence while providing the best care possible. I could not be happier with him and his staff.

5 stars isn't enough. My experience with Complete Dental Care of Bethesda has been beyond exceptional. From the front desk staff, to assistants, to Dr. Kwon and his wife, Dr. Carpenter Kwon. Earlier this year, Dr. Kwon corrected an issue I had with a prior botched root canal done by another dentist and replaced it with an implant. The entire process was quick and painless. Recently, I had another root canal and crown done and I was actually excited for the appointment because I knew it wouldn't be traumatizing. It was pleasant, painless and an efficient experience. Even my orthodontist was impressed with Dr. Kwon's "beautiful crown." My family members want to switch to Dr. Kwon after seeing how well my root canal went (we've all had horrible, painful experiences with other dentists in the past.) I also had to bring my 3-year old daughter to an appointment... i was very hesitant but had no choice. The entire staff was warm and accommodating towards her. Lastly, I do not have dental insurance at the moment and paid cash... so spending my hard earned money for the highest quality work was a top priority. I highly recommend this office and have referred family and friends. Thank you for an incredibly positive experience!! 5 stars isn't enough. Wow, I was afraid of the dentist but not anymore! Today I had an amazing first visit with Dr.Gi and couldn't be more pleased and relieved with how easy everything went. Beautiful office, easy parking and superfriendly staff!!!

The treatment that I have received at Complete Dental Care can easily described as exceptional. Every one of the staff members have always been friendly, easy to talk to and super knowledgeable about dental work. Every time I leave, I feel extra clean and confident that I'm good to go until my next visit in 6 months!

I never write reviews but I have time at work now to do so. I've been wanting to get braces for years!!! So now I have the $$$ to do so. I needed two teeth removed and was on the search for a new dentist. I went to my dental provider and they gave me list of people that take my dental plan. I saw Peter Kwon's reviews on yelp and so far so good. I live in Upper Malboro so I'am willing to travel far for my teeth! lol....But I went in and the receptionist was super nice and Kwon was even more amazing...I got two teeth extracted August 1st, and I'm till feeling pain so I can just go up to his office and pick up a higher dosage of meds up no wait or worries!!!!
