Dr. Peterson MD was so thorough and spent a great deal of time with me as a new patient. He helped me understand all the issues I face with my eyes, and I felt extremely confident when I left. Thank you Doc!

Very caring Dr. and office. I have never had to wait long when arriving like I do in other Dr. offices. Very clean and nice office.

Billing issues, My elderly father had to pay up front for his eye treatment November 2019 to Dr. Peter Livingston, MD . His insurance company did pay the bill but we have not received our reimbursement . It has been over one year calling, sending papers and following up. We have spoke Lisa who refer us to with James Carey who is managing this account with no results. So far they are out of about 500 dollars. Very frustrating. Feel like they are getting ripped off. Dr. Livingston however did a great job, and my parents where happy with their care. Absolutely wonderful experience! The Doctor and staff were great through my entire treatment, they made me feel like family.

Very clear and honest. Really does explain in terms anyone can understand. He really knows his work, I was sceptical and as the proceedurescwere being done I was more and more impressed. Dr. Livingston is experienced, knowlegable and the best ophthamologist in all my experiences. My husband and I are snowbirds and have macular degeneration. Sadly, I have injections regularly to save my sight and Dr. Livingston has! He and his staff, especially Lisa, are compassionate, kind and somehow my treatments are always pain free. He explains everything about your condition in terms you can understand. It is nice to have a doctor with old fashion standards. Truly a rare find! No confidence in this Dr. I Would not go back there if my life depended on it.

FRONT DESK IS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE

I was recommended to see this Dr as a self pay no insurance individual, visited 2x already it was ok but everytime you make an appt with them it sounds like you always beg them for the service, they gave me an appt for Sat. Showed up but 2hrs later the Dr came out saying no clinic today. Disappointed! Called the office who states this is a courtesy service, you people should be calling the office to confirm appt. I made another appt s/w someone else but samething, Friday is now our clinic day for no insurance people, i ask why not Saturday i was told its ones a month Saturday service? She was like we are giving you favor here, whatever we say thats what it is.. Its very sad this people treat people with no insurance. Although you are still paying the required payment of $50. This doctor is great! I had a piece of metal go through my eye had to have trauma surgery. My wound was a triangle which he said was the worst kind. After 3 hours of surgery he finally got it to seal with six stiches. My retina was pretty much shredded so he did the retina surgery too. I have never met a more compassionate doctor. The care we received from Lisa was exceptional. We were in an urgent loss of vision situation. This Dr is clearly a leader in the industry. I was happy to read great reviews and that he is board certified as many are not! This was a scary situation and entire staff put us at ease. They came to the hospital and did a very thorough examination in a very timely manner. The Dr had a delightful bedside manner. Thank You!

Dr. Livingston & his staff are the best! No wait with several other patients also in the office, top notch and very professional. They not only cured my problem but, they called to follow-up after the doctor performed in-house laser surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Livingston!
