Dr. Naylor is extremely knowledgeable. He is been extremely helpful to me.

I've been seeing Dr Naylor for years! I do not like him or his staff! All Dr Naylor wants to do is put you on prescription after prescription. He has no compassion at all! I've always just took what he prescribed, without any questions asked! That was not very smart, On my part! I would not recommend him to anyone that truly has serious issues! The office staff is completely unprofessional. It took one month to find out they were not going to help me get a pre-authorization for medication my new health care wanted me to stop using. My 80+ dollar co-pay was a complete waste of time. They keep blaming it on the pharmacy when I have proof the pharmacy has sent the correct authorization form for the office to fill out. Not only once but multiple times. They also blame the pharmacy for sending a pre-authorization form with the wrong insurance company on it. The pharmacy has my insurance information and has been using it for months. Finally, the office has my correct insurance information when I went to my appointment. Why did they not check that when filling out paperwork. Complete incompetence is why. If you need mental health assistance, I would not recommend Dr. Naylor's office. They have no interest in helping with disorders, just taking insurance money. And don't get me started on their phone system. They have a very long voice mail message for each selection you choose and then you can't even leave a message when they are on lunch. Incompetent. The office staff is completely unprofessional. I have only seen him one time and he was very nice and I am sure he is a good Doctor but the office staff is very unprofessional. Amanda is not a honest person she wants to argue and get the last word in. I think she needs to be a Patient and get the anger out instead of doing that with Patients that call in with issues. She literally hung up the phone on me twice and then called back and asked why I hung up on her and obviously she staged that call in it for the doctor or someone else to hear. I can't believe that anyone with that kind of attitude would be allowed to treat patients that way I really may have to find another Doctor because this is not good. I have recently starting seeing Dr. Naylor and he's amazing. He's easy to talk to and understanding. I've been searching for the right fit for so many years. I only wish I had found his help sooner.

Dr naylor is great. After psychiatrist all my life he's trying to get me on the least amount of medication. Which is great!! Very understanding

I have been seeing Dr. Naylor for for almost 10 years. He helped me so much. I was very overmedicated from another psychiatrist. He helped me get my medication under control. I am thankful to be his patient.

Doctor refused to write scripts, only told me to seek help else where. Gladly took my payment, though.

Probably the worst my husband has seen. No one ever picks up the phone and can care less when their patients are calling trying to get an appointment because they’re overdue on medicine. The wait times are from hell. Over an hour is the usual. Seek elsewhere ASAP!

I have had nothing but Wonderful experiences there. Their staff is very friendly and I’m usually greeted by name! I work with some people with very devirse personalities. What most people expect to see is this happy-go-lucky person to greet every time. Thats just his personality, just because He doesn’t give you a giant smile and a bear hug every time he sees you doesn’t mean he’s not happy you came in. He has always been very professional! If you want someone who sugarcoaes and dances around your issue then go somewhere else. I love that fact he can be blunt about my issues and he genuinely seams to care. I have a question about one of my meds, called the office To ask he if he would be free to look at at and maybe get An idea without coming out there. Dr. Naylor has helped me when no one else could. He took the time to listen and figure out my problem and put me on a path of self esteam and saverd me from myself. I would not be here if not for his contiuing help.

Very impersonal and unprofessional. Always had to wait close to an hour after scheduled appointment time. Dr. Naylor had me get blood work and an EKG done when I first started seeing him. Asked every time if I had the EKG results even after I delivered the release forms from the hospital to his receptionist and HE signed them! I called the office to get an appointment. It was almost two months waiting. I gave the receptionist my phone number. I immediately wrote the app down on the calendar on my phone. Today is my appointment. I called to verify the time. Nope we had you scheduled last week. And we tried calling you but we must have the wrong number. Oh and we can't get you in now until next month which is another month. The receptionist was horribly rude. I explained to her I wrote the date down immediately after the call she kept saying you don't need to repeat yourself. Then she was repeating herself. I called her out on it. She said I wasn't the one you talked to who made the appointment for you. I said the lady was very sarcastic she rudely said I can understand why now. I said wait a minute you obviously don't know how to talk to patients saying something like that. She HUNG UP ON ME. Plus you always have to wait a hr plus to see the doctor no matter what. I've been seeing psychiatrists for years, I'm well versed in my mental state. I found it amusing to be given a standard psych eval and have certain diagnosis challenged on the first visit. He immediately wanted to put me on several medications which I refused, as I am already on those that keep me doing well. I made it clear I know myself better than he does. I also know I choose to pay for a provided service. One which I will find elsewhere.

Strange is all I can say. His greeting was to say my name and follow him silently and creepily down a long hallway. He refused to give me RX I've taken for 15 years for ADD as I admitted smoking pot YEARS ago! His summation was that I have a propensity to abuse drugs... WHAT!!!???? This doc is a nut himself!! He asked about my diet. Told him I eat as raw as possible. Meaning RAW as in Paleo Diet, etc. He asked me what that was....SERIOUSLY!!?? Living under a rock is he!!??
