Love this office

I looked up the address on google before my appointment and read those other reviews. I must say I was surprised with how different my experience was. Yes, office could improve on the wait time, it was busy but Doctor Newton was straight to the point and did a fair evaluation of my workers comp injuries. I am overall pleased with this office.

nice office, nice doctor

I came in late for my appointment but they were accommodating and process moved pretty fast.

I just left from my appointment, I was seen for a work comp case and it was a very smooth process and Dr. Newton was very nice.

It’s not much of a visit. I’ve been waiting over 2 hrs to be seen by him. I’m now sitting in a hallway holding my clothes. I was even told by a staff member that 2hrs is nothing compared to normal wait time Do NOT see him.

Very rude and cold towards patients. If it wasn't for workers comp I wouldn't ever use him.

Was scheduled at a certain time and not called til 3 1/2 hours later. After being asked to be there 15 mins early. No sense of urgency and very unprofessional. A lady there had been for 7 hours. Please do something about this. If the Dr is late then say so.

Deserves no stars but need to comment. This is the second time I have came to see this doctor and not by choice. It's been 5 hours now and still waiting to be seen. It's ridiculous and the bald guy in the front is sooooo rude it's fustrating. Last time it took over four hours. Why even make an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 730am and already 12 people had checked in by then for one doctor. This is just not right. Deserves no stars but need to comment. the worst doctor i ever had. very very rude and obnoxious, the wait time is 4 hours and you can tell even his staff hates him. i was forced to go to him by my lawyer but i would never visit him on my private insurance! i don't know why anyone would have him as their doctor? there are so very many better choices

He didn't like me having a interprete. He made me feel like my injuries were my fault. I had a MRI done in January R shoulder.. He send me to get a new one on the same shoulder. Ended up taking 2 because he asked for one with contrast wich he didn't explain to me.. I ended up having a really bad reaction to it till this day and he and his staff gave me the run-around.. his diagnosis is poor he can't tell a burned skin from a brushed skin.. If you speak Spanish only don't go to this Dr..

He's all for the insurance and totally F**ked me. Age 25. Ruined not healed still in pain. Stay away from Los Angeles lawyers as well look in San berdoo where some places ACTUALLY care about clients.

Rude , always hours late. He works for the insurance not you. Doesn't care about your well being or giving accurate statements. Stay away at all cost if your on workmanscomp ask for another IME doctor.
