Have knee and hip problems. Very experienced; answers questions understandably with useful suggestions for current and possible future courses of action. Doesn’t push surgery like many docs do. .

I had serious knee pain front office staff kind and helpful and funny. Medical team kind caring Xray lady kind though gentle caring. Doc Reynolds is incredible caring and makes you feel better

GREAT DOCTOR Over the last 12 years Dr. Reynolds has always been the for needed treatment,care and advice needed for multiple injuries .Knees right and left, rotator cuff again both right and left. Even when surgery was not persuaded alternate suggestions were given with care and understanding , Thanks for the years of care.

Dr. Reynold is an excellent doctor but trying to see him with there convoluted system is impossible. First I was told I could do it online and they sent me the link. I was unable to complete it and they sent it to me two more times and I just couldn't get it done. I decided I would just go to my appointment and fill out the paperwork there, to my surprise they handed me an IPad to fill out the information. I explained to the receptionist that I was unable to do this 3 times and ask if she could help. Her response was that she was just to busy at the time. I was not able to see the doctor and had to leave. Now I have to find another doctor who uses paper or they can help with the online. Just easy to speak with and outlined options w honest explanations

Dr Reynolds is my go to Orthopedic Surgeon. Always professional and cares about my full recovery.

Xrayed my neck in the office, clearly explained the cause and effect of my pain and the options. Also pointed out areas such as toratir cuff and shoulder that were not damaged. Recommended the most conservative medication to start and go from there. His staff were very helpful. He was on time. Thanks!!

I've only seen him twice for a non-surgical matter but I am very impressed with how he listens, is respectful and makes you feel more like a collaborator in your own health than several ortho docs I've been to. I was completely ready to try a doc from a different clinic than PAMF when a PT specialist at Dominican specifically recommended him. I would certainly take my followup as well as my next ortho problem or surgical need to him. Based on my excellent experience with him, if I needed a different kind of doctor, I'd be very open to considering OrthoNorCal again. Dr Reynolds replaced my knee 5 years ago and he did a great job.

Great Doctor. I have seen Dr. Reynolds for tendinitis in both my shoulders and he was knowledgeable, experienced, and both times helped me resolve the problem. For each of my shoulder issues, Dr. Reynolds presented me with several treatment options and supported whatever decision I made. Like Mr. Mertz, I too have had to wait a long time in the exam room, but only once out of about 6 visits. All the other visits were quick and efficient. In any event, Dr. Reynolds is worth the wait. If you have shoulder issues, I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds. Great Doctor. Do not go to these charlatans. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am. The xray technician did get me about then and took my xrays. She then put me in an examination room. Where I sat for almost 45 minutes. No one EVER came in. Dr. Reynolds finally showed - no apology - just said he had been 'on call'. Then, to make matters even worse, he prescribed some medication for me that I find out later, my insurance will not cover. I had to call my pharmacy to find this out. They had already faxed that information to Reynolds 'assistant'. I tried to call her, and had to leave a message. She did call back, but I missed her call. The reason she called back was because she did not know what pharmacy I was using. Excuse me? how can that be? I tried to reach her twice after that to get the prescription corrected. No return call. No response to the pharmacy. No pain relief. If they are so busy that they cannot adequately care for their patients, then everyone should boycott them. Do not go to these charlatans.
