Friendly and professional. Able to make an appointment immediately when a problem occurred.

The Rick family does an excellent job and are friendly! They work well with the young and the old.

Love Dr Rick (Sr & Jr.) They are helpful and friendly. They are conscience of your needs and try to make your visit comfortable for you.

I've been going here for 10 years and love the staff. Dr. Rick is so personable and friendly and treats you like family.

A filling came out on Saturday it wasn't bothering me and so I called on Sunday and left a message...Christy called me Monday and Tuesday morning my tooth had a new filling...I do need another tooth exrayed and possibly a new filling so they scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks.Great people and I recommend them.I drive 30 miles because Dr.Peter Rick and staff are awesome???? The Office Team was well prepared to deal with the COVID 19 virus. I had no concerns in my visit. Peter's Team is always friendly and are very good at what they do with / for their patients! Thanks Team Rick;-)

I've been going to Dr. Rick's Family Dentistry for years! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and it's clear that they value their customers. The quality of dental care is always so encouraging! I highly recommend it!

Dr Rick performed a root canal for me quite a few years ago and I had believed all was good. This week at my dentist they had taken xrays of that tooth and only 1 of the roots on the root canal had been completed properly. My dentist said there is now infection in my jaw were the root canal had not been accomplished properly and he did not want to attempt to redo it himself because at this point it would need someone much more advanced than a DDS, so I now have made an appointment with an endontist. The endontist may find it necessary to cut my jaw open due to the infection. I am not very interested in a doctors PR skills, I only care how well he/she can perform the job that they are paid to do properly. I have had teeth extracted, a new flexi partial made and also had hygienist cleaning. All of this treatment has been performed to my complete satisfaction. I recommend Dr. Peter Rick and his staff to all that need dental work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rick’s since he began his practice in Grand Haven. I always knew that he was a very skilled, professional, friendly dentist, but it all hit home when we retired and moved 90 miles away in 2017. We thought that we had found another local dentist, but after a cracked tooth that needed a crown, I came running back to Dr. Rick and his staff. Not only did he immediately work me into his busy schedule, but explained in detail what he was doing and why he was doing it (not like the other dentist that told me that she would schedule me for a crown, because that’s what I wanted, but I might really need a tooth extraction or a root canal). Now this morning I got a personal follow up call from him making sure everything is okay. That’s just another example of how he really does care about his patients and their health. Peter Rick has been my dentist off and on for years I had lost my dental insurance a few years back and went else where, huge mistake. I called in on Monday and was squeezed in on Wednesday. Not only did Dr. Rick remember me, he also remembered where I used to work. He took the time to not only exam my broken tooth and set up a game plan, he told me he would understand if I went else where because of my work schedule. Vonnie was able to schedule me for 7 a.m. appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Rick and his professional staff. I had a crown come off yesterday and G.H. Family Dentistry got me in within an hour so it could be put back on. It has a couple of small holes in it where a small filling will be used to seal the crown and keep it in place until my new dental insurance will cover a replacement crown. I am always warmly greeted by office staff. I receive professional treatment by Dr Rick and his assistants. In addition he and his staff have always been very personable and interested in me and my family.

I damaged a crown and the staff was able to get me in quickly. Dr. Rick was able to repair the damaged area without having to replace the whole crown. His expertise saved my crown and saved me money. I'm 27 and I haven't been to the dentist in more than a decade... Dr Rick put me back on track to proper dental hygiene! I loathe scheduling doctor visits, but GHFD gets me in early and out the door with a smile on my face albeit numb so probably crooked. Dr. Rick and his staff go above and beyond to make visits as comfortable as possible for the patient. They are very thorough with their explanations of each step they take in the care they give. I am always impressed. I have never had a dentist call me after an appointment to see how I was doing. Thank you.

Wonderful Doctor, wonderful staff. Easy scheduling, no long waits at appointment time. Our family all go here, would not recommend anyone else.
