Dr. Rigas gave me options for my upcoming surgery. I appreciated that very much! The staff AND Dr Rigas were very professional, personable, knowledgeable and called me by name. I didn't feel like I was on an assembly line. Being called by your name goes a long way in this day and age!
Very Nice and knowledgeable Doctor. Shows Compassion and explained everything in detail. He made me feel like a friend and not the next " next patient ". He wanted to get me into his office as soon as possible and he personally made it happen! I feel he is highly skilled, works very hard and passionate about his profession. He truly does care about his patients. His character shows he cares about people. I noticed his interactions with people he works with and it shows how much respect they have for him. I respect him and trust him highly! I feel that I am in the right hands.

Very kind and compassionate care. Doctor Rigas is always within minutes of my appointment time. I have been seeing him every 3 months for about 2 years. I appreciate him taking time to answer my questions.

Dr. Rigas is such a great caring doctor! I had been referred for tumor on my neck and when I went in he took me in and actually listened to me and when I email through patient portal he replies back! I just got a left neck dissection by him. Staff is super friendly too! If you’re looking for the best ENT he is the one to go to!

Very professional First time visit for me Wait was not long Appropriate history questions were taken and Ofc personnel very patient, helpful Dr Rigas well spoken, detailed and answered my questions Appropriate diagnostics ordered and scheduled within a week

Dr. Rigas is a great doctor. I suffer from vertigo and sinusitis. He listened and helped to figure out what worked for me. His staff is kind. They are timely, I have never waited over 10 minutes in the waiting room and never over 3 to 5 minutes once they put me in a room.

Dr. Rigas is AMAZING! He is companionate and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and find resolution to my healthcare needs within one visit. It has been one week since I was in his office and I am now symptom free. Being in healthcare myself, I had heard numerous positive things from his patients. He did NOT disappoint. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time (no wait) and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Rigas is a very intelligent and skilled ENT specialist. Excellent! My husband was having massive reoccurring nosebleeds and Dr Rigas found and solved the issue at the first appointment.
Great experience with CENTA and Dr. Rigas. The scheduling person at CENTA was able to "finagle" their schedule to fit me in the same day as I had an urgent issue (I had suddenly lost my sense of smell). The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Rigas is a polite and intelligent doctor who quickly diagnosed me and prescribed the necessary medication. Will definitely be back for all my ENT needs. Dr. Rigas is one of the best doctors out there. He takes his time to make sure you understand and answers questions without rushing you out the door. He has done 3 surgeries o me and has been there for me from start to finish. Dr. Rigas has a very good bedside manner. You can tell he cares for his patients. Dr. Rigas is extremely talented and caring. He did extensive surgery on my mother-in-law's oral cancer, treats me for thyroid nodules, and treats my husband for sleep apnea. we couldn't ask for a more caring and skilled doctor. We have recommended him to numerous friends.
