Him and his team are wonderful! very caring doctor. If you have a chance to be treated by him, I encourage you to take it. He has built a legacy with his 2-day PCA procedure and I would not trust anyone else with this procedure. I am so greatful for him and his staff.

My husband was there for a Mohs Procedure and I was with him. He took one look at the growth on my lower eye lid which was big and offered to remove it right then. He didn’t know I had it removed 2 times already and was scared but I really trusted him! He is the best!!! Thank You!

after six month of phenol peel , my skin has improve even more. when i used to look at the mirror while im driving, i can see the hole scar on my temple i get very sad and go home for the day. Now i can even flip the mirror and look at my whole face without problem because i no longer see the scar anymore. Friend of mine haven't see eachother for 4 years. I had two awful ugly scars over my eyebrows caused from an incompetent military surgeon. For years I was embarrassed to show my face and would find ways to cover up with bandanas and hats. The scars even earned me my nickname Scar from my biker buddies. After being treated by Dr Peter Rullan I am no longer ashamed to show my face. I suffered for years with painful injections and laser treatments from military and VA doctors without any significant results. Dr Rullan with his experience and skilful techniques was able to get results from my very first visit and now with his treatments my scars are literally unseen (guess I will have to get another nickname). Dr Rullans skills and dedication to helping people makes him nothing less than phenomenal. Everyone on his team follows his lead to be the best. Dr. Jennifer Rullan is the brightest, most talented dermatologist that I have ever had. I recently moved from Los Angeles. I was a patient at UCLA and Dr. Jen is so much better. She is not only incredibly skilled with the medical management of dermatology, but is truly an artist when it comes to the cosmetic side of this field. I have been an RN for over 20 years. I've worked in every department from Med/Surg to Outpatient Surgery, from Pediatrics to the ER, where I've spent the majority of my career. I've seen it all. I've worked alongside every type of doctor. I know an exceptional doctor when I see one. Also, I am a complicated case. After spending my early years crisping my Irish self in the sun, I developed Squamous cell skin cancer on my bottom lip. Twice! My lip was disfigured. UCLA said they took the aesthetic side as far as they could. Not according to my new Dermatologist! After a single injection of a combination that she used, my lip improved more with that one visit than with a year's worth of trips to UCLA. Now, I'm getting to experience the fun side. She has many techniques using fillers. Again, I've had this procedure done by both dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Dr. Jen uses these techniques with her artistic eye in ways I have never experienced. She created a beautiful cupids bow for me and extended the filler to the ridges of your philtrum (from your upper lip to your nose.) The result is amazing. She also places "pillows " in your lips. This makes your lips look so full and natural. Essentially, she sculpts and molds it until she gets it just right. I can't believe that I had to move to San Diego to get my lips back! I'm giving Dr. Peter Rullan 5 stars because I trust him when it comes to my skin. I've had 4 microneedling treatments and 3 TSA cross treatments with Dr. Peter Rullan and I'm so happy how improved my skin is. Dr. Rullan works aggressively on acne scars so you'll definitely see improvement with him. One complaint I may add is sometimes staff is behind schedule so you're waiting a little bit longer. But other in that Dr. Peter Rullan did an amazing job and makes sure his patients are safe and are satisfied with every visit. Dr. Rulan is a highly skilled, compassionate doctor. In fact, I think he is a perfectionist. A couple of years ago, he removed a cancerous skin growth on my face and he did such a perfect job (both medically and cosmetically) that I cannot even see the hair-line scar that should have resulted from the procedure.

Is not experienced in injecting silicone in acne scars. Left me with several bumps that I had to get surgically exercised.

Injected silicone into acne scar close to nerve causing pain and numbness. Had to go through surgery to get it removed. Now I have a huge dent in my face.

Hello, The office was clean, the doctors were friendly and professional. A few weeks later I requested my medical records so I can give them to my Air Force recruiter but for some reason it’s very difficult for them to give me MY results. It’s now almost a month later and I’ve had to spontaneously move from San Diego to Los Angeles, so I can’t just show up to their office. They won’t email it to me or help me with my online profile to view my medical chart. I travelled from quite far away (eastern Canada) to meet with Dr Rullan. I am extremely happy with the way I was treated at the clinic. Dr Rullan used combination therapy on me (I had several skin issues) to maximise results. He also checked my moms issues (in spite of the fact that she did not have any appointment) The whole team went beyond what was asked from them. I found the communication to be excellent and the Dr and his staff very skilled and friendly. No, I am not paid to write this review. I've been going to Dr. Peter Rullan for a long time. He and his team have always provided me with excellent care. I have received facials, botox, fillers and lasers over the years - always with great results - but I'm over 60 now. I wanted something with even more dramatic results. I decided on a phenol peel, which was big step up from my normal maintenance, but I felt complete confidence in Dr. Rullan. He has extensive credentials in dermatology and he is an expert in phenol peels who teaches seminars on the subject in the U.S. and abroad.
