Dr Russo and staff are amazing. I was referred to them by my dentist for an implant and I’m so impressed with how well the procedure went and how comfortable they made me feel! Dr Russo was very thorough and explained all the procedures to me before performing the treatment.Nev, Dr Russos assistant was very friendly and professional making my experience a five star! Dr. Russo and his staff are courteous and professional. I researched multiple periodontists in the area, and Dr. Russo was the most experienced. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with any gum or implant issues.
Super rude, dismissive and self absorbed. Speaks to his staff rudely and spoke to me as his patient like I was stupid. No, Dr. Russo the stupid one is you for not recognizing that people who treat others badly generally do not enjoy high self esteem.
Dr. Russo is very curt, and cold. I found myself very uncomfortable around him. He’s not one to answer questions in a courteous manner. I found him to be very impersonal, and was very disappointed my dentist referred me here.
I came to Dr. Russo for a second opinion after being told from a previous dentist (first time patient) that I needed bone replacement and other work to the tune of $12,500! Dr. Russo reviewed my xrays and told me I did not need any of the work recommended by the previous dentist. He was honest, spent a lot of time with me to explain what I did actually need done which was minor compared to the other dentists recommendation. I highly recommend Dr. Russo and his staff who were as kind and professional as the doctor!
