I asked them if they were covered through my insurance and they said yes. I arrived, they cleaned my teeth and then charged me $300. They waited until they already provided a service before charging me and telling me it wasn't covered by my insurance. I feel swindled. It was a cheap tactic to get my money

Land o’Lakes is very fortunate to have such a quality dental clinic. I developed a progressive toothache while vacationing at Lando from SE Wisconsin. They were able to get me in the same day. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. Dr Laura’s exam was thorough and her diagnosis and treatment plan was spot on. I had a crown come off at 7:15 pm . I have always had anxiety to the max about dentists did not have one So called “Dr. Painless” (had seen their television commercials)expecting an answering machine but much to my surprise it was Dr. himself. He asked me history and about me and said “how about you come in tomorrow at 8:30. Best call I made . Dr. made sure my anxiety was in check with gas and headphones listening to my favorite music and reapplied the crown. No more do I say I don’t like dentists ! And now I have the best one. "Painless" Pete Schindelholz is the finest dentist I've had the pleasure of knowing in my 69 years. He's efficient and highly talented in what he does and his entire staff in the dental clinic mirrors his caring attitude. Hands down best dentist I've ever been to.

I am dental phobic. I saw Dr. Painless on an emergency basis and the entire office went out of their way at all hours of the day and night to fix my issue. I felt so comfortable that even though we live in Chicago this is our new dental office.

I came in as an emergency patient and they took extraordinary care of me including staying open late. As I have no dental insurance and have a lot of cavities, etc. they said they'd be willing to work with me with payments as my mouth is such a mess. They are honestly caring people who have no agenda. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable which I certainly can not say about prior dentists I've been to.
