Dr. Shepard did a four hour parotidectomy on my face. He did a great job. I'm healing nicely, I have almost no pain, and the scar isn't bad. Thank God! We're so blessed to have such a good surgeon in Central Oregon!

I dealt with Dr. Shepard and his staff in the context of a surgical biopsy. Everyone seemed caring and competent. Doctor Shepard himself was unfailingly helpful. The surgery was skillfully done—there were no problems whatsoever. All in all, the experience was as pleasant as could be expected.

Dr.Peter Shepard is the best. His knowledge and caring, made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had a piece of metal in my neck that was adjacent to the jugular vein. Dr. Shepard took really good care of me and removed the metal. I highly recommend Dr.Shepard and his staff A+. Thanks for taking good care of me :)
The front desk staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Shepard lacked the patients to answer any questions at all. He also did not bother to explain anything. My Primary Care Physician has now requested records from his office on two occasions with no response. His nurse, Lisa is extremely rude. I got an infection after a Fine Needle Biopsy there and could not even get a return phone call. Discrimination there is rampant.
