Dr. Butler is very knowledgeable and well rounded in the speciallty of urology. All through my treatment he let me know that to expect and I had a great result of my treatment. I can recommend him unconditionally for any patient with a urologocal problem.

If you are really experiencing an issue regarding your prostate health then, from personal experience, I would highly recommend that you immediately seek out another urologist for your care. Dr. Butler is much more interested in selling Urolift treatments that he is in the actual care and diagnosis of his patients. You owe it to yourself to find another doctor.

Dr Butler has kept me cancer free for 10 years now with his expertise in getting bladder spots removed & treated in a timely manner. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Philip Bulter is one of the best Doctors in the State of California.He is very professional and he knows what his patients needs and he’s willing to do whatever it takes to make his patients safe and comfortable.Dr Philip Butler assisted with an emergency transportation and performed a procedure very quickly.Dr Bulter is very knowledgeable.I don’t feed any pain when he remove bladder stones.I called him after I returned home,he returned my call within 20 mins that shows he cares!

I am 65 and have taken medication for a long time for BPH. Dr. Butler performed a Urolift procedure on me back in May of this year. It has been virtually life changing, allowing me to actually sleep long enough to achieve REM sleep. We went this past Friday to Carlsbad's TGIF concerts in the park and even after drinking some water and a couple of beers I used to restroom on the way out of the park. I would recommend Dr. Butler to anyone!!

My father is his patient. He has been going to him for years with urinary issues. He had multiple tests done and recently he did a urolift on him, which we find out later on that this was an unnecessary treatment. Weeks After the procedure my father still felt no relief in his symptoms. He then did a cystoscopy and vaguely mentioned he might have cancer and did biopsy to confirm. He just said it's no big deal and never followed up after the results. I found him a second opinion and the doctor said he has a very aggressive bladder cancer that has been there for a long time how come he never noticed before. My fathers cancer under Dr Butler was undiagnosed for years after persistently following up with him. This is a frustrated daughter who is sittting in surgery waiting room for her father to have radical cystectomy (removal of bladder and prostate). I'm glad I switched the doctor in time. If you value your life or the life of an individual you care for do not go to this careless doctor. My father is his patient. He has been going to him for years with urinary issues. My father was misdiagnosed by Dr butler and was under his supervion for years and he never found his bladder cancer. I went for a second opinion to find out he had an aggressive form of bladder cancer that wasn't diagnosed in time. He had to have both his prostate and bladder removed. Dr Butler is careless and was never able to diagnose his sysmptoms properly and made him do innessary tests none of which showed that my father had cancer.

Dr. Butler is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor, and his people skills are outstanding. He cares about his patients and stays well on time with his appointments. I think he is great!

Was pretty scared about having a kidney stone removed because it was stuck in the ureter. Went perfectly with Dr. Butler reassuring me about all aspects of surgery. After surgery was not as awful as I thought - just took a lot out of me with the stent in for almost two weeks. Removal was absolutely painless; totally not worth all the worrying!
