Dr Elangwe and Nurse Practitioner Yarborough are the best in the business! They listen to your every word, think and then find a solution to my medical issues via medicine or therapy. Every time I have a dr appointment I am treat in a respectful manner. Dr Elangwe knowledge is very impressive and his bedside manner is excellent, he is not afraid shake your hand and reassure you that he will find the best medical decision for you. Professional. Thorough. Straight to the point and his explanations are easy to understand. Good job Dr Elangwe and Nurse practitioner Clarissa Yarborough, you are both champions and leaders in your fields. I highly recommend his office to take care of you and your family and friends medical needs.He is the Rolls Royce of Doctors...5 stars!

Her is one of the best Doctors in Fort Smith. He really does care and listens to what you say. I entrust him not only with my health care but also my wife and son. He is a man of his word. We are lucky to have him as our family primary care Doctor.

I have always had a great experience with Dr.Elangwe he is super experienced and very patient and always listens to every thing you have to say. Staff is great too!

My bipolar daughter was having a meltdown at his office and got loud with him. He fired himself without making sure she had another provider and meds . If you can't handle mental you should not be trying to treat it

My cousin was in the middle of a bipolar breakdown when this doctor decided to no longer treat her because she was yelling. Go figure. The bipolar person who's been waiting forever for someone to help her got loud. When you are treating a person who depends on medication to help them to not be a danger to themselves or others, you can't just stop seeing them without at least referring them to another doctor that can make sure they are still able to get the meds they need. At the very least, it's not something anyone who claims to be concerned with the well being of others could do in good conscience. I sincerely hope there is some sort of law against doing that to any patient who relies on that medication just to function everyday. I recommend you don't start seeing this doctor if you don't want to be cut off from your meds and possible hurt yourself. Really good doctor, bedside manner is awesome, he helped both me and my partner get back on our regular medications so we could function. Office seems to have improved from what some others have said. Front office girl is super friendly and easy to talk to. Other staff are all right.

Did'nt even ask why I was there and did blood work? I got a problem with my neck and now I gotta pay $50 copay for unneeded test. What a scam. Go back home "doc". Bill says Elongwie Enterprises? What a joke. Go home

I was charged for something I did not authorized and have been trying to deal with this but someone either tells me they will call back or to come back because the person who deals with bills aren't there at the moment. Make sure you check your insurance bills from this place. Other than this problem most of the staff are fair.

Let me start off by saying Dr.Elangwe is a good doctor. I've been a patient at this office for 7 years. My mother for longer than that. He was our family doctor.. But his office is horrible. You have to keep on top of the receptionist to get messages to your doc or the nurse, refills are always late or they aren't correct, and then by the time you get it figured out your meds are late or even worse it's close enough to your next refill that you have to make ANOTHER appointment just to get the meds you should have already gotten. If you're looking for convenience this is NOT the doctor's office for you. The staff changes frequently so they have a hard time keeping a trail of what has and has not happened. I would have left a1 star rating but I like Elangwe as a doctor. I just don't care for the office staff. Will be switching doctors for myself and my wife.
