My 13 year old daughter needed tooth #5 extracted as well as a bond and chain on a canine tooth at the request of her orthodontist. Dr High and his staff quickly got her into the schedule for a consult and surgery. The entire office staff is wonderful!! Very friendly and helpful as far as explaining the whole process. Dr High is very thorough and skilled. I would highly recommend this office!!

Good place to take a nap. Bring your sleeping bag. Wait time is multiple hours.

I had a great experience. Had 3 wisdom teeth and a broken molar extracted. Dr High and his two assistants were great, explained every step, and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The receptionist was very rude. She answered me in head nods which is unprofessional. Also when I called I needed an extraction on my #2 tooth. I called 3 times prior to my appointment about my extraction just to confirm they had everything. Then Dr.High said “we’re just doing a consult on your wisdom teeth right”. So that office needs to work on their communication. He was irritated with me because of their lack of communication. I have never had a tooth removed before so I was very anxious. So I was asking questions about what was happening next and he was very snippy and rude with every answer. Half way through pulling it, I started having a panic attack and I apologized. Dr.High just huffed and puffed about it. Wasn’t compassionate at all. The only person that was sympathetic was the assistant that was with Dr.High during the extraction. Anyone with dental phobias or anxiety, avoid this place. They need to do something about the professionalism and bed side manner. The receptionist was very rude. This was the most unprofessional dentist visit I ever had and rude to top it off.?

If you want to be treated like a human being do not come here. He cut into my mother's gums even though she could feel everything and told him to stop REPEATEDLY. She was then told to be quiet and even had a medical instrument thrown at her because she was trying to stop him. His assistant was there and was complicit. Dr. Philip refuses to speak to us. Had my wisdom teeth removed here. I have a severe phobia of medical procedures and when I had a panic attack being put under (which I tried to warn might happen and was ignored) Dr. High was rude, childish, and had zero bedside manner throughout the whole thing. I refused point blank to come back for my post op check. I actively warn people to stay away from here and the nurses and office staff are the only saving grace. They were the only ones I received any compassion from. Had my wisdom teeth removed here. Great service and very pleasant staff. I was definitely a very anxious patient but my extraction went without a hitch.

Both of my boys had their wisdom teeth out and had great experiences. Both times I was able to reach Dr. High on a Saturday with questions. He was quick to respond each time. The staff has always been very professional.

It was quiet and peaceful there which was nice because I was nervous. The staff were professional. I didn't have to wait. The dentist was easy going, caring and professional. He was very aware of my pain control and addressed that. I felt like he was skilled at what he did. They kept everything calm which made a difference.

My 15 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Philip High in September of 2020. The surgery went well with no complications. Dr. High removed four impacted wisdom teeth in his office under IV sedation. During her procedure Dr. High noticed an abnormality with my daughter's heart on the EKG. Dr. High informed me of this issue and said I should schedule her with her Primary Care Doctor. Long story short my daughter was diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome, a very serious Congenital heart disease. A Pediatric Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist explained that Dr. Philip High may have saved my daughter's life. He said Oral surgeons do not typically catch rhythm disorders in their office setting. As a parent and a former patient, I would highly recommend Dr. High. He is an extremely talented, intelligent, and kind surgeon with years of experience. He is a Doctor who truly cares for the well being and overall health of his patients. I thought that Doctor High was amazing. He was fast and painless. His staff was sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

I waited over an hour in his waiting room. There where several patients in front of me in the waiting room when i left. I am sure dr. High is very busy but is rude to schedule patients, stack them up and keep them waiting.

There is no reason to make people wait in a waiting room for several hours for a scheduled appointment. Either expand your hours, get a partner to help you, or tell people when they call to schedule that you run hours upon hours behind so they know to make their whole day spent waiting in a dentist's office waiting room. Called for a week straight to schedule an appt to get my teeth removed, still have not received the call back I was promised or been able to speak with an actual employee there. Every time I call I get there answering service which can't schedule appt!!!! What is the point of your answering service anyways then!!!
