Dr. Philip K Schrumpf

I had an appointment on July 13, 2022 with Dr. Schrumpf to get a cast of my feet for orthotics. That seemed to go well; however it is now January 27th, 2023, and I still do not have my orthotics. After repeated calls to Dr. Shrumpf (and no calls from him), the Doctor has repeatedly stated that my orthotics will be ready soon. After more than six months this assertion has proven to be false. I waited this long to post about this because I have assumed that no medical doctor could be so unreliable, but apparently, I was incorrect. I am still being billed for the orthotics. The insurance company paid their portion. I need to ensure that my “outstanding” invoice does not go to collections. I write this review reluctantly but know of no other way to proceed and I welcome Dr. Shrumpf to prove me wrong.

I recently left a bad review which I would like to take down but have not found how to do. This was a combination of things that went wrong...due to a miscommunication and irritation on both our parts. I give him high marks for wanting to resolve the issue and the second procedure went very well. I would indeed recommend Dr Schrumpf.

Dr. Schrumpf has both ears and a brain. He listened to me carefully, and he made intelligent recommendations, which helped immediately. I felt very fortunate to have been referred to him.

Dr. Schrumpf is more than competent in his profession. I think he really care about each patient and has a great sense of humor.

Dr.Schrumpf goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to his area of expertise! He has treated my entire family and was superb with adults and children alike. His passion for what he does drives him to delve deep into better knowledge & understanding. He pin pointed where each of us we had foot problems and WHY (excellent explanations too) and got us all set straight! He went out of his way to accomodate our crazy schedule. We love Dr.Schrumpf! Our family is forever in his debt.
