Everything about the Dr was fine except his horrible nasty billing supervisor. The regular Lady was cordial but the billing supervisor was cold, unfeeling. I was willing to try and work something out but they only contacted me once and I explained I lost my job due to Covid. She didn't send a 2nd bill and she turned it over to a collection agency in a couple of months with only one bill sent. Now I've lost my job and I'm forced to deal with collection agencies when this could have been avoided.

Dr. Zintello has been a life saver for me in contolling my chronic back pain. He really listens and cares. I am so grateful I found him!

I have been seeing Dr. Zitello for over 12 years. I see him mainly for the painful conditions of sciatica, spinal stenosis & neuropathy. He has helped me to understand these conditions and what to do (and not to do) about them. "Dr. Z" is a very caring physician and I give him my highest recommendation(s).

I have seen 3 other surgeons in the Bluffton/HHI area and I have to say Dr Zitello is in a league of his own! He is so personable, so caring and I feel like he didn't just hear me, he listened to me! I wish I had found him 8years ago.

The most caring and knowledgeable Dr I have visited in the 23 years I have lived here.

I have been seeing Dr. Zitello for over 14 years. He has done everything humanly possible to manage my pain that developed after spinal surgery. It frustrating for patient and doctor alike to deal with unremitting pain. His experience provides him with the ability to suggest a variety of procedures, methods and medication to improve quality of life for his patients. Yes, he is without a doubt one of the most compassionate and genuine physicians in our area.

I found Dr. Zitello to be knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to inform himself about my medical condition prior to talking to me before the procedure. He explained the procedure and what to expect after and in the next several weeks. Dr. Zitello answered all my questions. He put me at ease. The procedure went well. Thank you to Zitello and the kind, competent professionals at the Outpatient Surgery Center.

Very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Z is awesome!

He spent a lot of time with me. He was empathetic and genuine. He has a great bed side manner! I wish there were more physicians like him.
