For me, it was scary to have to go to a periodontist. The staff was very professional, understanding and compassionate. Cerrissa Answered all my questions and put me at ease. Our experience with Dr. Cook was absolutely a rewarding one. We could not have been more satisfied with Dr. Cook and her staff, I do not recall every leaving the office of any physician and felt totally satisfied. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and then remembers everything you say whether it is related to your visit or it is something personal about your self. She comes in with a genuine smile on her face that matches her personality when talking with you regarding your visit. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way you can understand. I would recommend Dr. Cook to everyone.
