Ping Cui

After 12 years as Dr. Cui’s patient and having five previous psychiatrists I feel I am in a position to make a quantifiable assessment. I hold Dr. Cui in the highest esteem for the benefit she has afforded me in managing by treatment, I have always felt comfortable discussing difficult topics with her. She displays no signs of burnout common in this profession, she maintains a high standard of compassion and medical competence. Recommending a doctor is a very personal thing and the need has to fit the problem, this is not a Yelp review for a pizza. Dr. Cui is friendly, professional and very caring. The office and reception area are clean amd comfortable. I have been a patient for several years and look forward to my appointments. Reception staff is thorough and helpful.

She is really kind and friendly and genuinely cares to help you live your best life.

Please trust the reviews. If you really need help, don't waste your time with this doctor. 10 minute appointments for $300 (no kidding), although billed as 30 minutes. Rude and unhelpful reception and a doctor who does not care about her patients...very little questioning and lots of dead air. I gave her 3 appointments and finally stopped going when it was clearly a waste of my time and money. I'm writing this review in hopes of sparing someone the trouble. I fear if someone were truly suicidal or out of options and she was their last resort.

I called your office in desperate need of a psychiatrist and was turned away because of my insurance. It's all about the money and not helping those in need. Thank you for not helping me.

Called to reschedule an appointment and never was called back. First time there the receptionist has NO PEOPLE SKILLS and was completely rude. I’d give zero stars but the doctor herself wasn’t that bad. Horrible receptionist with an attitude problem, and absolutely no communication skills. Would not recommend. Doctor pinchieu is quite amazing open meeting with their for well over 7 or 8 years I would highly recommend her to anyone

This person is horrendous! Unethical, dirty, has absolutely no bedside manner, and charges 350 dollars a visit for 7 minutes

Do not go here!! She is the worst Doctor I have ever seen. She does not care about her patients. The practice is run by her and her husband and they are completely unethical in every way. They also will not release your medical records without a fight so you can see another provider.

Let me say.....being in medical field for 40 years in Boston as a administrator I wanted someone close just to follow me for 2 medications. Horrible, dirty waiting room, no one else ever seen in there. The front desk person, Steve has NO personality at all. She does not talk much, just sits and asks one or two question. My office visits were between 7 - 21 minutes. My insurance company called and she charges more than a Dr. in Boston. Needless to say would NEVER recommend anyone to her. AWFUL

I really liked Dr. Cui she was easy to talk to. However her receptionist/husband does NOT belong behind that desk. He lacks people skills and after not receiving payment from my insurance company after months of having no problems of monthly payments, tells me i have bad insurance while i had the insurance company on the phone and they are telling me a claim wasen't even submitted. He refused to "resubmit" claim. So i left office in complete hysterics, so unprofessional.

I left the practice as her one office staff whom I believe is her husbands was limited in office protocol and lacked professional office demeanor. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a competent psychiatrist look elsewhere, after seeing a physician in Boston it was deemed that the medication prescribed was wrong and exacerbated my condition.

NOT Recommended - The Doctor's one employee answering phones, scheduling appointments and your first point of contact when entering their office, could most definitely need a crash course on PEOPLE Skills. Lacking ALL general knowledge of running your own business, please look elsewhere for help. How difficult is answering a phone, and making an appointment? Not only is it difficult to communicate simple English, this guy is outright rude - No doubt. Just have your co-pay ready !!!!!!!

I sometimes thought she had me confused with someone else. Like once she told me she would not be giving me any drugs when I had never asked for any.
