Very pleased with Dr. Kotwal’s interest and attention to my medical needs.

Dr. Kotwal is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Which is very rare these days. I am an RN myself so I see how rushed most Dr's are, how they are not very thorough, and have terrible bedside manner. They just want you in and out as soon as possible without even explaning anything, or even addressing the real/actual problem. If you want an excellent experience, you can't go wrong with Dr. Kotwal. Highly recommended from a medical professional.

New patient appt, Dr Kotwal was very thorough and took the time needed to welcome me. Staff and Dr are very friendly, appt was on time and facility was clean and inviting.

She is the best professional doctor I ever met

I’m shocked by the good reviews. Dr Kotwal is a caring doctor but she’s never there, so it’s hard to get in when needed. Her MA Liz doesn’t return phone calls for days. Will not be returning to Dr Kotwal!

First time there. So far so good.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kotwal. I thought she took the time to listen and to explain things to help address my concerns. I plan to keep her as my primary care physician and not go back to my previous doctor. This doctor visit was night and day from my previous doctor and experience.

Dr Kotwal is sweet, caring and willing to find options to help a patient. I am very comfortable talking to her when I visit. She listens and always compromise in order to benefit the patient.

I just switched to Dr. Kotwal from a FP that was not only a good friend but had been my FP for several years, and had just retired. I was very anxious to see another Dr. because I do have several small health issues on top of Diabetes. Dr. Kotwal came highly recommended by a previous employee of hers, and I was highly impressed. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is very understanding, and connects with her patients very well. She spent quite a bit of time getting to know me and my health concerns. Dr. Kotwal is my new PCP. Kind, caring. The best bedside manner. Really feels like she cares. You're not just a number trying to hurry through the office. Found out things other Dr.'s missed or didn't follow through.

Dr. Pinky is very experienced, caring and detail oriented. She discuss health issues with complete focus on the patient.

I could not ask for a better Primary Care Team. Pinky surrounds herself with an excellent support staff which is important as it allows her to focus on the patients needs. I would prefer to keep that team to myself but it would be selfish of me to deprive the rest of the citizens of Utah.
