Dr. Adatrow explained all of the procedures and the results from my xrays. He made me feel comfortable with the treatment and the experience was a breeze.

Appointments began on time, everything was explained in detail and truthfully, and the people we knowledgeable and personable.

I met Dr. Adatrow about two years ago for implants. I had five implants placed and have had a great relationship since.

Had a couple of issues that I needed to see a specialist about. They took the time to listen, understand, and come up with a solution to address these issues.

Overall it was a great experience. They took their time explaining everything to me and took their time making sure everything was done right. I highly recommend them.

First, I would not give him 1 star but I had to in order to share my appointment experiences. Second, I have went to dr adatrow at least 5 or more times and when I asked questions he became irate and handed me papers to sign and a package to take home and read. He gave me expensive medicines that would not work. Dr. Adatrow would not explain what services I would receive would not listen or answer question . Upon asking him about my insurance he would he said to me that he does not except insurance refuse to file any claims became more irate and said cash only. I have done everything he told me to do and he gave me top and bottom plates in my mouth and he had trouble with my top plate and told me to wear my bottom plate only and come back in a mouth he put me in a lot of pain and I spoke with the office manager he was rude because the top plate does not work he was jamming the plate in as he jerked it out & in & out then chipped my tooth. He just put me in more pain and stormed out.

I was given an estimate I had to sign and pay my part of but still ended up getting billed months later. I was never told my insurance was out of network! Communication especially recovery information was not good. I was not given any of this info until after my procedure when I was under the influence. Clear verbal instructions for aftercare were not given resulting in complications and a subpar outcome. Money wasted.
