Dr. Bandy and Nurse Donna are very efficient and very professional, addressing the illness of RA primarily. Dr. is up to date on current findings with the disease and medications and therapies available. I was a patient of St.Vincent for many years, and now have gone to this physician and am very satisfied. I'm assured of what is going on with my health. He is a good doctor, some people don't like him cause they think he is not friendly. I just believe he is very serious about what he does.

Easily one of the worst places to try to get help with ANYTHING. After making me wait for two hours past my appointment time, Dr. Bandy laughs and tells me “I don’t know what to tell ya” are you serious???? You are supposed to help People not just collect there insurance money for a bunch of unneeded test!!!!! I tried to ask them for help and they laughed in my face. Do not go here if you have ANY other option!!!! Easily one of the worst places to try to get help with ANYTHING. Dr. Bandy is the only Rheumatologist in Hot Springs. And we are lucky to have him.. I've been to dozens of doctors in my life and 95% were less thorough than Dr. Bandy. I don't want a friendly doc who gives me 4 minutes of idle chatter and spends 10 minutes typing on the computer. My GP routinely overlooks red flags on my tests and their office never calls me back with test results. Dr. Bandy had a level of focus and analysis that is rarely seen today. You can tell he doesn't live for internet reviews and survey results. He takes the time to do a complete look at you..and that is refreshing these days. We found both nurse and Dr. Very rude and lacking in compassion and bedside manner skills. They also failed to listen therefore causing something's uncared for.

Dr Bandy is an excellent Rheumatologist. Very professional and caring. His nurse and wife Donna is the best, very caring also. Everyone in this clinic is wonderful!! They all work together, very seldom do I have a long wait. Love this clinic!
