Compassionate, empathetic kind, helpful

He's a great Doctor.

I feel that I am being very well taken care of by Dr. Borek.

As of yesterday this kind, gentle, and smart man dedicated an entire morning of research and finding the root of our mothers irregular heart rhythm that was discovered during her total R hip replacement that precious morning . He’s very thorough, patient and fully explains everything a family wants to know answering every question asked if him. He truly saved her life and we’re forever grateful and thankful. Mama’s officially got a new cardiologist. Thank you Dr. Borek.

Excellent! Very patient, compassionate

I've been under Dr. Borek's care for a few years for AFIB. After I had prostate surgery in Dec 2018 my AFIB started to occur more frequently. I mentioned this to Dr. Borek during a visit and he said he thought it was time to address this with an ablation. He explained in terms I could understand what the procedure would entail and it was scheduled for April 2019. I am pleased with the results and have not had an episode since. I highly recommend Dr. Borek.

This is a review of the office, not the Dr. I am seeing several specialist And have been for over a year, among my current problems has been high BP 220/162 on average for over a year, as well as calcium build up in my arteries. I set up an appointment and had a referral for the Dr. it was canceled last minute because he’s a specialized cardiologist. So now I am having heart pain and no idea where I’m going to go. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion. Now I get to look for a new Cardiologist and wait for a new apt while my chest pains get worse. There is zero care for patient safty or health. It’s just sad. If you need an appointment and have real issues I would look else where. Wonderful staff! No complaints

I trust Dr. Borek he has succeed in keeping my heart in rhythm where other doctors have not be able to accomplish it. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Borek as a heart specialist.

Dr. Borek is wonderful. He is very concerned for his patients, a good listener, careful with details, and reliable. I think he walks on water and hope to remain his patient for many years.

Dr. Borek was the Cardiac Doctor that I am seeing as I work through Afib. As you can imagine, having something like this explained to you is not easy - I was both scared and confused by what was happening in my body. Dr. Borek took a very no nonsense approach and explained everything in terms that put me at ease and helped me to understand completely what was going on. I could not have been more satisfied than I was with the invaluable meeting I had with Dr. Borek to discuss a proceedure I will have done in the near future. His knowledge on the subjects was exactly what I needed to make the proper decisions and his Staff and nurses were very professional, yet friendly and personable. A great experience all together. Dr. Borek saved my Army girl. What an amazing doctor. She was able to finally get medically cleared with the Army and continue her service at Fort Campbell. He devoted his time to her when speaking about the procedure, explaining everything in detail. We will forever be grateful to you Dr. Borek. Thank you.

I was experiencing irregular pulse rates plus extreme light headed spells. Spoke with Dr. Borek about possible ablation.

I had a FaceTime call with Dr Borek. He answered all of my questions, and explained what he will do.

Dr Borek is very much a caring person. Even though we met under stressful conditions, he is one of my favorite people. He is in charge of my pacemaker and defibrillator system. He also was in the medical team that treated by aged brother-in-law when his heart system need "upgrading".

I had a video conference with Dr. Borek during the pandemic. He was very thorough, kind, and listened to concerns I had. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Borek is absolutely terrific. I have been with him for a couple of years now - having switched from another doctor at another hospital. He is so much more thorough and knowledgeable than my previous doctor (who was supposed to be the "best" at another local hospital). He performed my second ablation that has stabilized my a-fib situation. In addition to being great technically, he is also a very good communicator and spends enough time with his patients to make sure everyone understands the situation. I highly recommend him.

Dr Borek always answers my questions so I can understand what's what. He never seems rushed. I've been a patient at Centennial Heart for years and just started seeing Dr Borek just over a year ago. I was concerned about seeing a younger doctor but I was immediately impressed with Dr Borek. He really cares about his patients and I'm glad he's my doctor!

Dr. Borek and I both moved to Nashville in 2013 and I was lucky enough to have him become "my" cardiologist. You always want such an important specialist to be as phenomenally good as possible, and Dr. Borek came to Centennial from the Cleveland Clinic -- if you're a cardiologist, that's just about the place ever to come from. What makes Dr. Borek special is that in addition to being thoroughly professional and extremely competent, he's just plain old nice. That's the icing on the cake. Your cardiologist is one of the most important people on your medical team, and it's more important that he or she is good than nice. But what a wonderful thing when the doctor is really good AND really nice. That's what you get with Dr. Borek. He can deliver good news and be elated with you. He can deliver bad news and help you accept your new normal. His team couldn't be nicer. If you're looking for an electrophysiologist, Dr. Borek's your guy.

The staff here is always welcoming and highly efficient. I am in and out quickly. Dr. Borek is the best. I acquired him after a previous Dr. had left the practice and he has taken great care of me and I believe really cares about his patients. You are not just a number here.

Dr. Borek is awesome!! When I experienced a cardiac emergency recently he explained all aspects of what happened to my heart. He reassured me and helped me to feel more comfortable about the ICD that was implanted to regulate my heart rate. He is very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Borek. After years of AFIB, at the first examination Dr. Borek almost immediately recognized that I needed a cardiac ablation. After the ablation I soon realized that the AFIB had been reduced to such a level that it was no longer anything more than an occasional annoyance. He fixed my problem and I'll always be grateful.

Dr Borek is a passionate, caring professional that utilizes the most current procedures in electrophysiology He explained the method he uses is he least invasive, most current and most effective. The procedure was painless and the care was exceptional. He cured my afib condition. After having an afib condition for almost 20 years, I now train 7 days a week for triathlon and have no adverse conditions. In addition, I am 61 years old and just completed a half marathon in 1:41!
