Dr. Qing Julia Tian

My ENT Otolaryngologist of twenty plus years retired last December! I have chronic sinus issues and I found myself in the unenviable position of finding a new doctor. I am grateful that I found Dr. Tian. She spend a good deal of time listening to my situation and giving me as much time as I needed for the consultation. She is clearly is very knowledgeable, and I’m happy to report easy to work with and willing and able to answer all questions in an un-rushed manner.

I have been battling allergies for years that leave me with sinus and ear pressure. I have been to multiple Dr's concerning this issue. Dr Tian was the first Dr to really listen to me and was so understanding. I am now on an immunology tx. She is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone that suffers from allergy issues.

In love with dr. Tian. Her staff is awesome. Front desk was extremely polite & helpful. From scheduling to even helping with directions. Dr. Tian’s ma was very nice. Dr. Tian is a very smart doctor & was great at answering my problems & concerns with my health.

Each visit I learn more and more about my particular ear issues.

Dr. Tian was friendly and willing to listen to my concerns. After I told her about my nosebleeds and vertigo, She immediately ordered nasal endoscopy and dizziness test. I was able to see the screen during the nasoendoscpy, Dr. Tian explained to me the findings and I was even allowed to take pictures of the screen. The MA Jaime was super nice as well. I would recommend them.

Worst ent out there! Takes ages for anything! Do not I repeat DO NOT! Come here at all if you wanna get better.

After reading the one negative review I was apprehensive to see Dr Tian. Glad I went she was fantastic took great care and finally came up with a plan to resolve my sons issues. She listened and took her time to observe the true underlying problem. We are grateful to her.

I have really bad anxiety and I get panic attacks, so I was so nervous to get surgery, since I had never had surgery before. My surgery went super smooth and everyone there was very nice to me! The only thing that I can complain about is scheduling the surgery date. I called about five times trying to schedule my surgery, and the woman would just tell me that she would call me back but never would. That’s my only negative, and that doesn’t take away the fact that everything else was perfect! Besides that the whole experience was hassle free! I experienced a very painful endoscopy of my nose because it wasn't numbed prior to the procedure.

Absolutely stellar service. The office staff was excellent from start to finish. I was emailed all forms prior to visiting which made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Tian was very professional and took care of my issue immediately. This was my first visit and Dr. Tian now has a patient for life. I will seek her services for any ENT issues for myself and family.
