Cordial; great medical explanations

Dr Le has taken care of all my dermatology issues for about the last 14 years. I recently had a persistent sebaceous cyst (persistent for at least 4 months) that was deep under the skin. Since it was just immediately below my eye, I didn’t want to ignore it and take a chance on it infecting my eye. So today he removed it, and put in two sutures since it was so deep under the skin. The staff is always professional, friendly and kind. Dr. Le is wonderful, always listens to your needs, takes care of any concerns and is on target with his diagnoses every time.

I've been seeing Dr Quang Le for years now and I've started taking my teenager too. That's a real sign of confidence in one's Healthcare provider. Always friendly, thoughtful, and professional. Seeing Dr Le is a real blessing.

For decades me and my family have seen Dr. Quang Le and we are very happy with his services. For even more decades I have been very careful with my finances and kept and excellent credit rating. I've never missed payments and very rarely have I ever missed a due date, no matter my financial situation. I had my last check up with Dr. Le, May 2020, now at the Riverchase Group in Weston, FL. I was choked to find out that my credit record has been significantly downgraded. Per my research, while I have never been contacted by anyone, I had an outstanding debt that had been turned over to a collections department or agency by Riverchase. Per their A/R, they made the mistake of "not updating my contact information" (which had been up to date for the last 10 years with Dr. Le's office) and they had supposedly been trying to collect to I do not which phone number and at the address I moved out over 10 years ago. Upon my findings, I settled my debt right away, yet I am still waiting for my credit record to be cleared. Meanwhile my credit card interests have increased and I have not been able to change my car as the interest rate would be too high with my now bad credit rate. "Just a little error" Apologies are welcomed and granted, but what about the damage? Errors like this have consequences. I have just been notified that I am being refunded for the debt. This Doctor is hands down the best. He helped me with all my skin needs. Also, took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Le and staff were Phenomenal. Two thumbs up!!

I never write reviews, but this incident deserves one. You specifically ask to see a doctor and they give you whichever doctor they feel like it. Horrible staff, rude. Fisrt time and last one. Will never recomend this office.

He’s the best. Saved my life more than once

Doctor is good! Extremely poor service at this location! Don’t go to this office. They do not take care about your time. I was given a time then they told me that they are running behind and I may be seen in anywhere from 0.5 to 1 hr. After 1.25 when I checked at the reception, they told me that it will be another 0.5 to 1 hr. I could not believe it. Avoid this place and run away as far as possible!

He was my favorite dermatologist when I lived in South Florida. I used to drive from Vero Beach to see him. He also has great plastic surgery talents as well and I saw him remove a mole on my friends face and there was no scar afterwards. He truly cares about his patients and is definitely not all about the money.

I don’t understand the harsh reviews about Dr. Le. He can run behind, but he is well worth the wait. He is kind, gentle, and soft spoken. He has excellent bedside manner and spends quality time with his patients. He’s truly interested in the treatment option best for you and doesn’t try to up sell or push services that you don’t need. Highly recommend the weston Office!

I went to Dr. Le a couple of years ago to get help for eczema like skin problems. He took a biopsy and told me he was looking for Lupus--but it came back negative. He did not know what it was but referred me to an allergist and told me he could do nothing further for me. I went to the allergist and there were no allergies found. I had to wait over an hour to see him on each of the 3 visits I made to his offices . I still have the problem and am working with another Dr to see what it is.

Dr. Quang Le misrepresented his ability to remove spots, than charged me $157.80 for a 3 minute visit to inform me that he was unable to do what he previously charged me for. There's plenty of derms out there, don't waste your money on this thief.

42/F. One year ago I saw Dr. Quang Le in the hopes of addressing my acne. I waited for an hour and a half to meet an NP. She was very nice. Finally Quang Le entered the room. For all of 5 minutes. In that time he gave me an Rx for a $600 cream called tazorac. After visually assessing me he decided he was UNHAPPY with a beauty mark on my arm. Then he left the room. The NP insisted I have a biopsy done. Biopsy= COMPLETE REMOVAL. I now have a huge scar and plan on taking legal action.

Been going here for many years & love Dr Quang Le. New management company took over & can NEVER get through without a 40 minute wait on the phone...or just getting a buzzing sound then disconnected! So frustrating!

The Pembroke Pines Office is the worst, had a 930 appointment and it was 45 minutes before they asked for my co-pay. I asked can I pay once I am called into the office, the receptionist asked why? I replied if I have to wait 1 hr and 30 min before being called in then I will leave and you will have to refund my copay. She said yes it will probably be another hour before you see the doctor, at that point OK i'm outta here. Not a patient friendly environment, insurance $ seems to be 1st priority.

Worst doctor! With an even worst team behind the desk! I'm 23 I scheduled an appointment for myself last year. Front desk lady told me all I had to pay was 10 bucks for my visit. That my insurance covered it. Well to my surprise.. I find out on my credit report they put me in collections for 88$. They said they called& mailed me and everything. I didn't receive a thing. I wonder why? Cause I paid in the office! I didn't owe anything to them. Had to pay 122$ for nothing!!!! Worst experience ever!

Dr Le has been my Derm for at least 3 years. I find him very good at skin reviewing, he takes a complete over all body view from head to toe. And is very professional.

doctors and doctor's offices have a protocol to not use or have offensive fragrances but this office has the plug in fragrances in the office that was so horribly overwhelming. I got so sick from being assaulted by the toxicity of the plug in. I got a severe allergic reactionThe damaging chemicals in a plug in are a known factor. I cannot believe that a doctors office would allow this. I told the office staff and the pysician assistant. When I left after my appointment it was still in.

Office staff is not nice at all and the waiting time is outrageous. it doest even matter if you have an appt because you will never been seen close top the time of your appt. nobody cares about it its better to clear your whole day if you are planning on going there. easily 2-3 hours wait

Horrible! Waited weeks for an appointment, his staff at the front are terrible! They never pick up the phone, tried looking for his office in pembroke pines and ended up driving around for HOURS, calling his office so all throughout no answer! No way to reach him to ask questions.

TERRIBLE STAFF. THEY WILL FIND MANY THINGS WRONG WITH YOU SO THEY CAN SCARE YOU INTO DOING MORE TEST!!! THEY WILL RUN YOUR CARD UP THE WALL!!! BE AWARE OF THIS OFFICE AND THE STUFF THEY TELL YOU IS WRONG. EVERYTHING IS CANCER ON YOU IF THEY SEE ANYTHING!
