4 years ago I noticed something was wrong. After 3 YEARS of trying to get help from this so called doctor with her blaming ANXIETY for everything I was FINALLY sent for a second opinion which started the process of me being diagnosed with MSA (MULTIPLE SYSTEM ATROPHY) WHICH IS A DIBILITATING Neurological disease leading to my DEATH! A MIX BETWEEN PARKINSON AND ALS! She DOES NOT LISTEN TO PATIENTS NOR DID SHE CARE QHEN MY CHILDREN WERE DIAGNOSED WITH THE FLU AND DOCTORS RECOMMEND WITH MYSELF BEING HIGH RISK TO TAKE TAMIFLU. I WAS ABLE TO GET INTO CARE NOW AND GET MEDICAL CARE AND MEDICATION AND SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL BACK UNTIL AFTER 6 THAT EVENING! Her medical skills are iffy. All she did was follow what my previous MD did. The lab work is questionable. Would not return my calls; ignored refill requests, broke patient/DR trust telling lies and deceit lies by omission. USMD has some very serious ongoing problems; a bullying, abusive office manager; I finally said goodbye to another healthcare system and doctor. Something is very foul about that Ft. Worth USMD clinic. She's an HMO doctor; Nuff said.

Lack of compassion, she doesn't care at all.

Dr Dabelic does a great job. She listens and addresses needs immediately.

She is very easy to talk to and she explains everything in detail. I have recommended her to family members. Practice is very clean and staff are great.

Showed up with my mom for an appointment within the appointment time window, and was told we had to reschedule AFTER we already arrived, and had been on the phone outside the office door answering questions. Terrible customer service and communication.

As other reviews have stated the lack of concern towards patients is disturbing. I've been a patient a little over a year and my phone calls are barely returned, or put off altogether, and my scheduled appointments have been cancelled due to a lack of communication between the staff members or false appointments made if that even makes sense. Their lack of compassion and communication is why I will not be returning here. I tried to transfer here because I've used USMD for the past 12 years. The first time I set up an appointment it was an emergency so they could only get me in with the nurse practitioner which is fine. But the day I made my appointment told them why I needed to bee seen so quickly someone from the office called me and tried to cancel my appointment and tell me I need to find a specialist on my own. Then the day of the appointment the nurse told me "well if this doesn't work you need to find a specialist " again that's fine but getting a referral from a doctor to any specialist speeds up the process and insure you are seen in a timely manner versus waiting months she said they could do that for me. They never followed up with me on the outcome or anything. Fast forward I called for a referral and it has been 4 days and I have yet to hear from their referral team. I went to care now last night, not only did they call to see how I was doing but their referral team already booked me an appointment with the specialist for Monday and today is Friday. Meeting the Dr was fine, if not brief. However, her nurse was awful. From the moment she came out to my car to get me, she was abrupt and gave off an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. I don't even think she introduced herself to me when we got to the examine room and this was my first visit. The office uses an answering service instead of being able to call the office directly, so I played phone tag for a few days trying to get blood work results. When I finally connected with them, that same nurse or her equally awful twin went through my results so fast that I could barely understand her. When I asked questions, she again acted annoyed and honestly, from the way she struggled to answer my questions, she did not really seem to understand the results herself. She even badly mispronounced "adrenal" which gives me zero confidence in her knowledge level or training. Honestly, I feel like I have had better care from the walk in clinic. My parents and I have been going to Dr.Dabelic for many years. Absolutely love her! So glad we found her when we moved here!! Highly recommend her!

Fantastic doctors, nurses, and staff! I've been coming here for many years after being dissatisfied with many other doctor offices. I've never had a single issue with billing, staff, appointments, wait times, or anything else you'd normally associate with other doctor offices. I would give more than five stars if I could. I have been seeing Dr. Dabelic for around 10, maybe more years now and she is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. I have never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome at her office. She and her staff always have the biggest smiles and the treatment she provides is excellent.

My visit with the Dr was fine, but her staff (or at least one nurse) was awful. She had the bedside manner of drill sergeant. I don't even think she introduced herself to me when she came in before the Dr. She was abrupt and treated me like I was an inconvenience. You can't call the Dr's office directly, they use an answering service even during normal business hours which I do not like. It creates long games of phone tag. When I finally got in touch with them to get my blood work results, the same rude nurse flew threw them like I should understand what she was saying. She didn't really even seem to understand what she was explaining as I started to ask questions which also seemed to annoy her. AND she badly mispronounced "adrenal". The Dr may be a great physician but she needs a different support staff. I am not going back. I have had better interactions at walk in clinics.

I've always had excellent rapport with Dr. Dabelic. She listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain everything.

I like Dr. Dabelic, however, trying to get in to actually see her is ridiculous. My appointment was rescheduled per her office and there was only ONE time slot available which is not convenient to my work schedule. If I cannot make this appointment, I have to wait THREE MONTHS to see her at which point my labs will be invalid. I am very upset, frustrated, and disappointed in scheduling. I will likely find a different primary care doctor because of this.

I have been a patient of Dr. R.K. Dabelic for a year and she has been absolutely wonderful. She takes a very holistic approach to my care and I always feel like she understands my issues as I am getting older. She is very direct with her recommendations and follow-up. The clinic is very busy, so book appointments early and often.

Find a doctor who will be able to actually see you. She is usually booked out for weeks. Don't waste your time or your health here. Find a doctor who cares.

We (myself and my husband) starting seeing her when she was first in Lake Worth and at that time she was great. She helped me through a difficult medical situation. And within 6-9 mo. She was so booked you couldn't get an appointment for 1-2 weeks. When you could get in she was great. We were hit by a car and needed to see our doctor and she wasn't allowed to see us. Leaving us to see doctors who didn't know our medical history. advise: find a doctor that actually sees their patients.
