Rachel Ann Polish

Dr. Polish is always on top of my medical care. She is pleasant and friendly and professional. I recommend my parents to this practice 27 years ago. She never rushes me and explains everything to me. She also answers all my questions.

I scheduled a new patient appt. thru this site and had to wait a month and a half For an appt. Two days before the appt. I got a phone call saying I needed to reschedule due to dr. Only allowed one “new patient” visit a day and they wanted me to wait another month and a half for new appt. I told them that’s terrible customer service and would find another Dr. office. Never got to see doctor so can’t say if good or not but her office has terrible customer service!!!

Dr Polish is always very thorough and she listens to all of my concerns. I recommend her for friends and family.

Thank you Doctor Polish. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a family doctor. She has helped me and worked me into her busy schedule when I really needed to see her. One of the best doctors I have ever been to.

First visit an intern came in and did the patient review with me she was great, but I was disappointed because the doctor I make the appointment with I never saw. Never even came in to the room to introduce herself. Even though I give the intern 5 stars, Dr Polish one. When I make an appointment with a doctor I expect to see that doctor. I feel as though I was important enough for her to see and I will not be going back.

Dr Polish is absolutely one of the best Doctors by far I've ever had. The staff is beyond helpful, respectful and it's never been a bad experience. I would recommend my friends and family to Bucks Family Medical-

Doctor is amazing unfortunately she has the rudest laziest staff on the planet. They won't do anything to help you.
