I scheduled an appointment for a split prep golytely. I had to take the clear liquid on a Friday throughout the day with times of 6:00 PM and 4:00 AM. It tasted horrible and the worse thing was they scheduled me on a day they were closed. There was no call of saying the office was closed or wanted to rescheduled. I tried calling and of course no one picked up. The customer service was nonexistent and seemed like no one cared. I understand someone making a mistake but no one owned up to it!
