I'm very satisfied with what I experienced at the clinic.

Dr banker was fantastic with my pacemaker . He was efficient and caring . Being an eye Dr I appreciated all aspects of his staff etc

A year after Dr. Banker performed a very successful ablation for my heart (not a single tachycardia episode since then), I went to see him for an echocardiogram and follow up visit. Very professional and pleasant, he gave me some advice on what I need to do to keep my heart’s walls from thickening. I would highly recommend Dr. Banker.

I went to Dr. Banker for a second opinion regarding an ablation for my SVT. I decided to have it done by Dr. Banker at Hoag hospital and it went very smoothly. He had described the procedure, risks and what to expect. He answered my questions before the procedure and again at the follow-up visit two weeks later. Dr Banker is an exceptional cardiology doctor. I am forever great full for what he has done for me.

Dr Banker spent a lot of time mapping my heart prior to doing any cauterizing to my heart to break the electrical circuit that was causing irregular heart beat. It is wonderful to be back in sinus rhythm on a regular bases. His staff was very engaged in my process from the 1st meeting to my last appointment.

I have been very happy with my treatment by Dr Banker. His schedulers are very difficult to deal with. Many times I have waited 15 to 25 minutes to be seen and the one time I am going to be late I had the courtesy to call and let them know. Then I was told my appointment was actually 15 minutes before the time I was given and that I would have to reschedule. It is difficult enough to make an appointment 3 months out and try to pull it together and on time or 5 minutes late when my work is all over Orange and LA county. It is disheartening when you leave work 2 hours early to try to keep that appointment and you are discarded as though the challenges you have to be 5 minutes late result with a cancelled appointment. A Docker who goes beyond the norm as he is realistic and definitely hands on! A Doctor who has the ability to deal with strong willed patients who present mental challenges as well as critical medical needs!

Dr. Banker implant my pacemaker in 2013 and I have never had any issues ever since he’s the best doctor in South Orange County.

Dr. Banker implanted my pacemaker several months ago, and I have a new life! He is a gifted physician and surgeon, caring and compassionate. I am grateful to him and the entire staff at Premier Cardiology.

Dr. Banker is an excellent cardiologist. He takes the time to explain details of your case and answers all your questions. As others have said, great personality too! I highly recommend Dr. Banker and the team he works with in the cath lab.

I was recently diagnosed with Atrial Flutter and Dr. Rajesh Banker performed a radiofrequency ablation and took care of my problem.  The staff, which includes nurses, the anesthesiologist, and other supporting personnel, at the Hoag facility where Dr. Banker did the procedure was all great.  The staff at his office in Newport Beach was polite and professional.  However, what counts the most is, by the gentle and caring way he talked to me, I could sense Dr. Banker’s empathy for my problems, and for people like me who are so concerned about their potentially serious health problem, that matters a lot.  It calms your worry and gives you peace of mind when you are lying on a bed about to be put under anesthesia knowing that a compassionate doctor was going to take care of you. My husband was recently a patient of Dr Rajesh Banker and had surgery for SVT ABLATION. Dr. Banker was highly recommended by another heart specialist in Newport Beach who was about to retire and had raved that he (Dr Banker) was probably the best at his speciality in Southern California. To come so highly recommended from ones peers was comforting to say the least. My husbands treatment and surgical procedure and outcome was the best experience (given the circumstances) anyone could have hoped for. Dr Banker and his entire surgical staff at Hoag were AMAZING! Hoag was AMAZING. The CATHLAB at Hoag was AMAZING and the Anesthesiologist Dr. Cornett was AMAZING. I couldn't possibly write a better review. excellent. he performed a 5 hour procedure to remove a necrotic ICD and various leads accumulated over 23 years. he recently implanted my 7th device with no issues. Quiet, thoughtful man, knowledgeable and competent.

Dr Banker was very prompt, kind and explained all procedures thoroughly! I would highly recommend him for any Cardiologist procedure! The office was excellent as well! Keep up the great work!

Dr. Banker performed a heart ablation on me august 2020; a star trek like procedure. He is a very comfortable, empathetic doctor that clearly knows his stuff. As a result, I now have zero heart beat irregularity and feel so much better. I highly recommend him. A good guy.

I was highly recommended to Dr Banker by a senior cardiologist at Kaiser Permanente when I lost my Kaiser coverage. Dr Banker was patient with me during my early visits as he knew I was reluctant to do the procedure he recommended to resolve my issue. He allowed me to try other approaches first which did not work. Then I settled in and agreed to the initially recommended procedure. He was very thorough explaining what to expect pre-op, during, and the expected outcome along with the expected success rate. The doctor assisting Dr. Banker during the operation said he spent extra time during surgery to make sure the outcome would be successful. His office staff is also very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Banker.

Dr Rajesh Banker is known throughout Southern California as one of the best Cardiac surgeons around. I was referred to him from another Cardiac surgeon of which I am grateful. I recently had a surgical procedure to correct an SVT issue that has plagued me for decades. He and his entire surgical staff at his offices and at Hoag CATH LAB in Newport Beach were nothing short of wonderful. Everything was amazing from the surgery, his professionalism, the hospital care and to his entire team gave me back my quality of life. THANK YOU! Literally LIFE CHANGING experience. I couldn't be happier with my results and thrilled to be able to so highly recommend him to you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Dr. Banker is a wonderful surgeon, and person. He is honest,, and straight forward. I had seen other cardiologists prior to Dr. Banker, but Dr. Banker is far superior in his specialty. Before he implanted my pacemaker, I had a very uncertain/unpredictable life, and cardiac problem. It took several surgeries to get the leads in the right place, (It was difficult for my heart to adjust to the position of the leads) but after a few small corrections, I've had no problems, at all, and the recovery time was rather quick. I am so glad I had decided to proceed with my cardiac care, and pacemaker surgery with Dr. Banker. I highly, highly, recommend Dr. Banker. Dr. Banker is a wonderful surgeon, and person. I was referred to Dr Banker by my Cardiologist, whom I love. Apparently Dr. Banker is the best known person for Afib in Orange County. My husband works with some people at Medtronic who support the ablations in Orange County and they all said he’s the only one to go to. So I saw him, was really impressed by his confidence and knowledge, and eventually had an ablation with him (delayed by the Coronavirus thing). I haven’t had any Afib since. I’m really happy with the procedure and Dr Banker. He’s really easy to trust, and I saw that pretty quickly once I started talking with him. He never told me I had to have an ablation or pressured me like I feel I get the bums rush from a lot of doctors (and dentists!). All he did was give me options and the pros and cons. I got to choose, and I’m really happy with my choice. It’s pretty obvious after talking to everyone that he’s the best there is around here and probably in California, and I’m pretty lucky he’s close by.

I’m not wordy. Had atrial fibrillation. Emphasis on had. Had an ablation. I’m another success story. Sent my son to see him.

Spent considerable time with me, and I felt really comfortable with how he explained atrial fibrillation and how it affected me. He gave me a plan that I’m following now, with medication that is controlling my afib really well. I really liked how I could understand everything and the reasoning for what I’m supposed to do. I’d recommend him highly! And his nurse is really nice too!

While I'm sure Dr. Banker is a competent electrocardiologist, his bedside manner and ability to follow up is absolutely awful. The overall feeling during my visit was that I was wasting his time. He made some changes to my medication that were flagged by a pharmacist as unusual and inconsistent with dosing practices, and it was nearly impossible to reach the doctor to work out whether the prescription was correct or not. It took nearly a month to fix it, and in the end another cardiologist had to review the prescription for Dr. Banker's nurse because she couldn't get him to review it. I understand that doctors are busy but this could have seriously affected my health. I am not at all confident that if I have an ablation procedure with Dr. Banker that I will receive good aftercare and follow-up, and am very likely to seek out a second opinion/different specialist who feels my case and my health are worth their time.

He doesn't explain what is going on. The nurse at the hospital had to tell me what I had, then I had to look it up on the internet to inform myself.

Dr. banker is the Dr. you hope to have in any event you may encounter.He is very thorough and professional. but also has a great personality. Always impressed with his follow thru-he and his staff are excellent.

One year ago my mother suffered a cardiac arrest and was transported to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. It was through this experience we met both Dr. Benvenuti and Dr. Banker. Their care for her during this intensely stressful and difficult time was a Godsend and their care for her since then has been viewed as the same. their knowledge and expertise in their fields saved my mother's life. For this I will always be incredibly grateful. Thank you both.

Very through during first visit and gave plenty of time for questions. Had a complicate ablation procedure (not his fault) and had to spend 4 nights in Sub ICU afterwards. Did not talk with my family or speak with them at the hospital even though I specifically asked. Very difficult to schedule post procedure appointments as the office kept cancelling them. Technical expertise seemed excellent but showed little interest in my follow up care which he obviously tried to avoid.
