Went there 2020 @ 2021. Dr. Williams was great but he quit for somewhere else. Dr Rajiv Aggarwal , whom I saw in 2021, is another story. Saw him for 10 minutes and he charged $525.Don't know where the guy is from but his English is at about the level of a third grader. He also wore a mask which made understanding what he said worse. The front desk gal was a nightmare. My husband was there for a head injury and is experiencing severe dizziness. While waiting for her to acknowledge us he got dizzy. He backed into the nearest wall to avoid falling. She freaked out and started yelling "hey buddy you can't stand there" over and over. He had no idea what was happening and was just trying not to fall. Once he got back over to the counter, I said "his name is not buddy" and she replied "well I could have called him something else". RUDE. We still don't know why she was yelling as he was clearly 6 feet from her, even backed into the wall and we both had masks on. Once she was done taking our information, he tried to sit on a stool near the desk before we walked anywhere, and she rudely (again) told him he couldn't sit there. We needed to go to the waiting area 2 feet away. If you aren't supposed to sit on the stool, then they should move it. I would think someone who worked at a clinic for brain injuries would be a little more sensitive to symptoms of that type of injury. She was horrible and the doctor seemed completely disinterested and even left for 15 minutes during our appointment to deal with another patient - not an emergency as we could hear them laughing. I have seen Dr. Aggarwal for two separate complex conditions about 12 years apart. I first saw him in 2008 following an abnormal MRI and first time seizures. He diagnosed me with a congenital defect and prescribed so many pills I could barely function, to the point I lost my job. After seeing another neurologist years later and a follow up MRI, my initial diagnosis was found to be incorrect and at this point they can only guess what actually happened. Chances are I received the wrong treatment, and now have to deal with lasting effects. I saw him again this past year due to an abnormal EMG. He initial diagnosed me with a rare form of muscular dystrophy and ordered a $2500 genetic test that came back negative. When I saw him for a follow up, he just said it was nerve pain from my neck? He continued to ignore other symptoms I was still having, like there is nothing in-between those two conditions. Long story short, I would rather suffer than see this doctor again.

After calling the clinic repeatedly - they don't answer the phone, but make you leave a message instead, I finally got an appointment. I saw the doctor for about two minutes. He diagnosed me - incorrectly - in that visit. The rest of my visits were spent with the PA. All he did was push medications on me and ignore all of my concerns. None of this was helpful. I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Would love my money back.

Doctor diagnostic still in previous century, and was incorrect. Doctor have some charlatan skills with cover up assistance from PA-C.

Poor response to phone calls and medication refills. Receptionists change frequently and are not knowledgeable.

Dr. Aggarwal never rushes me and is always attentive and responsive to my many, many questions.
