Dr. Bhalla saw my mom for several years. He saw her every 2 months and took labs each time. When my mom started showing severe anemia he ignored it for months. Another physician referred her to a hematologist who diagnosed her with cancer. Dr Bhalla ignored her abnormal labs and considerable weight loss. As she was seen every 2 months it should have been investigated. He did nothing. Not sure what he was doing during all those visits and with all those lab reports.

My mother has been going to him for awhile. She had issues that he never addressed and now she has cancer. He dropped the ball. Not happy at all with his care.

My husband and I both see Dr. Bhalla, and now our son is seeing him. We have been patients for over 10 years. He always takes the time to listen to what you have to say and your concerns. He has a good personality and is able to laugh with you once in awhile. His nurse/assistant Nicole is awesome, very pleasant, cheerful and helpful to deal with. She is the only one I would have an interaction with.

HORRIBLE

My wife and I are new patients of Dr Bhalla. After being recommended by my parents in law, I can say that the experience has been very positive. He listens to what we have to say and always gives us a considered response. He is clear about the course of action needed and has a direct and reassuring manner. The clinic also responsive if we need some urgent care, as was the case today when my wife woke with a terrible migraine. Nicole managed to fit us in amongst the already busy schedule.

Dr Bhalla Dr Bhalla was not very attentive to my fathers needs and In fact was rather insulting regarding his choice of insurance. The good Doctor neglected to address pertinent needs for indwelling foley care and decubitus ulcers on both heels for which a cycle of failures ensued. It took more then 2 weeks to get referrals for catheter care and wound care of which we had to physically go to his office and pick up referrals and hand deliver them to the appropriate Doctors just to receive care.
