Dr. Rakesh Gupta, M.D. an excellent cardiologist! Professional, knowledgeable, and knows what he is doing as a cardiologist; answers questions and takes care of his patients honestly and with great care. Highly recommended facility because both the doctors & all the staff are polite, professional, and respectful you feel welcomed because everyone has a smile on their face and the way they speak is very respectful to make you feel comfortable. Worst physician that I experienced in my life, desrespectful, unprofessional, a bit incompetent on his handling of patients, outdated in the way they do things. Compromise patients by having no privacy in his office. Seems like you’ve lost sight of what the profession is about and I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this doctor treated me over the phone after his secretary transferred me over so I can ask Him a question about a medication. The doctor said I should be speaking to his secretary and not him , he proceeded to hung up the phone without letting my get a word out. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone...!!! Dr. Gupta really cares about the patients. I'm glad he is my dad's cardiologist.

Disrespectful doctor! I took my mom and the way he approached her made her very uncomfortable and later she expressed her feelings to me. I will not go back to this doctor and wouldn’t suggest any females to visit him. Also he made a prejudice comment.

I told the front desk that after five years of having normal blood pressure it shot up and I needed to make an appointment. Dr. Rajesh Gupta refused to speak to me and he told his staff not to set up an appointment. He was upset because I haven’t seen him in 5 years. I explained my blood pressure was normal, until recently, but he turned a deaf ear. I would not recommend him. When I first met him he seemed caring, but now he is acting like a child. I made an appointment with another cardiologist and he has been most helpful. Exellent Cardiology & internal medicine

I’ve been a patient of Dr Gupta for over 15 years and I highly recommend his practice. He is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. He is thorough and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. The office staff is also lovely.

My experience with Dr. Gupta has been nothing but positive. Dr. Gupta cares for his patients and is always there to answer any questions you may have. The staff is professional and also always ready to assist you in anyway they can. He is patient and explains things and answers questions thoroughly.

Dr. Rakesh Gupta is one of the most caring physicians out there. He is well mannered and takes his time addressing patient complaints and office visits. He also makes an effort to establish a relationship with you beyond the clinic. Furthermore, he advocates for healthy living in various aspects of life. My mom has been seeing Dr. Gupta for the past few months, he's caring, understanding & very attentive also his staff is very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta.

Had An Endoscopy done and the whole experience was very nice. Staff is nice. Doctor Gupta is awesome and takes your concerns very seriously. He treats you very well and keeps you informed about everything.

First of all I was referred to this office by family members . when I called the office the girl (Elbia) kept putting me on hold like how unprofessional is that. I made the appointment she didn't even tell me what location I was going to . Overall, the doctor did help me out in my concerns . The staff just needs better manners .

Very good doctor, treats well and with least labs and medicines, first like to diagnose.

Dr.Gupta has been doing this for a while and so has his "team". I didnt need to ask them how long since it was obvious. A doctors office is supposed to run the way these guys run it. You cant find a more caring and involved place, especially not in brooklyn. Its not that there is a norm, its just that Dr.Gupta does it exactly how I would want it to be done and then some. What more can I say, just go there and stop looking because nowhere else will treat you like family long term. easy

I've receive satisfactory service every time I have an appointment there. Dr. Gupta is a very good gastroenterologist. I make it a point to research my doctors very well. Word of mouth and reviews are also very important. Dr. Gupta's combined skill and personable nature are highly reassuring during procedures and consultations. The staff: easy-going and professional. The office: clean.

ive never seen a gastro doctor before, so i dont know what to compare to. All i know is that he was the best doctor ive ever met. its like having the sherlock holmes of doctors. beside that, the facilities are very unique and comfortable and their staff is very very very friendly. not sure how anything could be better here!
