I would not recommend anyone to go here my mom had gone here for over 2 years not once she saw dr patel she only saw the practitioner, she has been misdiagnosed for the past year, the practitioner just said “ I wonder why you feel sick” REALLY, she keep getting all type of test and they keep saying that she was fine but she was just getting worse, we took her somewhere else and she had extremely low red blood cell and need it a transfusion and they were able to confirm that within a hour vs this place that have been making test for the past year and supposedly didn’t find anything, they just never care to find out what was really happening definitely not a place where to get medical attention

Me and my family have never seen another doctor… I’m 31 my mom goes here my dad went here , now my daughter my nephew. His staff is amazing they’re all the absolute best and they are so attentive. They’re like family I would never see another doctor.

Dr. Patel is not just an excellent doctor but a good man who takes a personal interest in his patients health and care. I have been his patient from the very beginning. Although I live 30 miles away now, I still make the drive to see him. His patient load doesn't allow for it now days but he used to call me on the phone with lab results.(believe he still would if it was important)I wish he would redecorate his vintage office but that's not why I go to the Dr. Dr. Patel is not just an excellent doctor but a good man who takes a personal interest in his patients health and care. Nurse Kim is extremely knowledgeable ,kind and helpful. Dr Patel is always up on the most current medical treatments. He listens to you and answers all your questions. He is never rushed and makes you feel like family. He definitely has your best interest at heart. My family is so fortunate to have him as our Dr. He truly cares about his patients.

This place was the MOST unprofessional Doctors office I have ever visited,front desk lady with the beehive hair was horribly rude. So many times I tried to set appointments she would give the run around and say she would call back.. I once waited 3! days. I called back and they would not answer. I tried explaining to Dr what it was like dealing with them and was asked “SO WHATS THE PROBLEM”! .. wow,I felt horrible. Like I did something wrong and I was a bother!.. long story short I found a Dr now who has ordered test,blood work and is going on and on trying to get to the bottom of my health. That is her top priority! DONT even try this office the ENTIRE front desk is HORRIBLE BARBERIC . My husband and I both have been going to Dr. Patel for a few years now. We absolutely love him and his staff. I've never had more than a 5-10 minute wait in the waiting area, they have always answered my calls or if i had to leave a message, called me back as soon as they could. The nurses and staff are great, kind and caring. Dr. Patel is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors that I've had in years. He explains anything that we need and keeps us updated on everything that we need. I like the fact they know us by name and not by "NEXT", unlike many other offices/clinics that we have been to. I will drive the 15 minutes vs the 2 miles to see him. My husband and I both have been going to Dr. Patel for a few years now. We absolutely love him and his staff. I was misdiagnosed during a visit and not given any medication,so I decided to get second opinion from another Dr who told me I had a severe upper respiratory infection. Also be careful not to accidentally come out of the restroom with a hand tissue stuck to your shoe. They act like you have contaminated the whole building. They won't ever let you live it down from then on and it gets pretty annoying. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor! He truly cares about his patients and he takes time to listen to them. He also takes time to explain his diagnoses and answers patient questions. I give him five stars!!!

Dr. Patel is the best! Simple as that. Any questions you ask, and he will be straight up front with you. He treats you like a good friend, he cares.

Dr. Patel has been our family doctor for 20+ years. I like the way he makes us feel like we are important to him by taking time to talk with us and answer questions. He never rushes us. His PA and his office staff are friendly and helpful, too. Dr. Patel has helped my husband through some serious health issues. And even during a time we did not have medical insurance, his office was willing to work with us. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Patel, his PA & staff have provided excellent care to me and my family for years. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

I had back surgery and after I got back home I had a bad urinary infection. When I called my "back surgeon", his office denied any responsibility and did not help me at all. I called Dr. Patel and told him the problems and he immediately prescribed a medicine that helped the pain pretty quick and then cured the problem in a few days. Dr. Patel has always listened to me when I have questions and never acts like he is too busy to listen.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment. I was told they needed my medical information and insurance information which I provided and was told they would check with the doctor and call me back the same day or the following day. I never received a call.

Dr. Patel keeps up with his patients. He actually took the time to answer my questions and did not make me feel rushed. He keeps up with my medication better than I do. The office called to reschedule my appointment because I hadn't called and I needed to see him for a refill on my medications. He had the nurse call me in a prescription to lasts until my appointment and I did not even ask him to do that. The office staff was kind and helpful also. The doctor is also very easy to understand.

Doc is the best. He will take as much time to talk about your situation as you need. He is as good of a family doctor as I have had in my 61 years. I have referred many to him and they think he is great too. His nurse Kim is awesome too. He can get busy but there is a reason for that. Doc is the best. Dr. Patel and Dr. Bockmon are two of the nicest doctors, if you can get in. The office staff is rude and not accommodating at all, not to mention that they will make you feel stupid for needing something in the first place!
