I FIRST MET DR. RALEIGH SMITH AND HIS STAFF ON 3/23/22, AS A NEW PATIENT, I FOUND THAT HIS STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH DR SMITH. VERY CARING and THOUGHTFUL. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. ALSO TY FOR SEEING ME THIS MORNING WITH MY EMERGENCY VISIT. DR SMITH TOOK CARE OF IF ME IMMEDIATELY. MUCH APPRECIATED AND THANKFUL. I FIRST MET DR. Appt was set for 930 am and here it is 11am still waiting to get in. This is the slowest Dr's office we have ever been too. What is the point of making an appt if they cannot get to you in a timely manner. A truly horrible setup ran by poor office staff. Dr.Smith is a good doctor but the office is ran poorly and very very dirty. First time patient was very pleased with the whole staff will be looking at long term. Staff very knowledgeable and willing to help very professional. Thank you very much

Great office. Staff is nice. Dr. Smith knows exactly how to level with you. I recommend him to anyone looking for piece of mind!

I have always had a wonderful experience with Doctor Smith.He is the best dr. I've ever had.I have been reading some of the less complimentary reviews and I can't believe it's the same person.Someone said they found him too much distracted.This isn't the case he is really just listening to you writing down what you're saying and thinking about it all and how he's going to treat you.He is a master at this.The environment is nice,way better than my last doctor.the staff couldn't be more pleasant.Dr. Smith has always answered all my questions in an intelligent easy-to-understand way.He is a good listener and I'm always giving him an earful but he figures everything out and takes care of it.Love him!

Best doctor I have ever met! Been a patient for over 3 years now. Kind, considerate and really listens. Thanks Dr Smith & Staff.

Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel super comfortable. Appointments are easy to schedule and they try to fit you in ASAP. Also, I stopped in just before lunch when they were super busy because I needed a written letter to start a new job and they went out of their way to take care of it for me:)

New patient, first visit. Office staff was friendly and accommodating. Both nurse and doctor was very pleasing to speak with and I did not feel rushed. Overall very pleased.

DR.SMITH SAVED MY LIFE FROM A DEADLY INFECTION BECAUSE HE TOOK THE TIME TO SEE ME ON THE SAME DAY I FOUND OUT SOMTHING WAS WRONG.. What a wonderful Doctor and man. Made me feel like I had him all my life. I'm from Minnesota and when I left he said "I hope you stay in Texas for good"! What more can I say, very sencere and helpful

From the time I walked in till I walked out I felt welcomed and that I was important and not just a number. Dr. Smith was very attentive and I never felt rushed! Very glad I chose this office and doctor!

I was a new patient. At other offices, I get stuck in the waiting room for over an hour with "new patient" paperwork and then just waiting. The paperwork I had to fill out today was simple and after I finished, I didn't wait very long. The nurses are sweet and Dr. Smith is very nice. I have been searching for a doctor and have decided that I will be staying with Dr. Smith. I was a new patient. Very warm and friendly. His staff were very polite and helpful. I actually got an appointment the same day as a walk in, new patient. You don’t see that anymore. The doctor listened to my concerns, answered my questions and discussed his thoughts and approach with me. I felt as though he really listened to what I had to say, which can be very rare nowadays with doctors being so overwhelmed and rushed to get from patient to patient. I’m so glad I found this doctor. Love Dr Smith. Great sense of humor, excellent listener. Analysis has helped my chronic illnesses significantly improve. Blood draw in house make diagnoses quick. Efficient staff. Bonus! Helps with weight loss and esthetics.

Upon my 1st visit I found Dr. Smith to be competent & friendly. However, I also found him too much distracted & fogetful the moment he exited the exam room.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Great Dr. Great staff. He actually helps you and spends time talking to you about your problems. Highly recommend this place.

Staff was amazing and Dr.Smith was great went in for one issue and he was able to fix multiple all in one visit! I told him about an issue i was having and got on it right away!

Dr. Smith is wonderful. He drew blood in the office my first apointment, sent me for an overdue mammogram and did follow up all in a week. That is top level care from a doctor. Thank you!

No way would I ever go here again. Staff made me drive to Aransa Pass. For pure registration which was told at hospital wasnt neccassary. Second trip got all propped for procedure my apt was at 9 at 11:20. Was told he canceled due to family emergency. Which means he was over 2 hours late for my procedure. Third trip he started procedure for acites. When he found no fluid after puncturing my abdomen 4 times he then orders a sonogram In no genius but maybe you should have checked the sonogram first. Infection control was scary bad no gloves for first shot then he left contaminated blood stained sharps, instrument and a bloody drape just laying around.I have Heap C And anyone could have handled that junk. Was told he wanted to talk to me after finding out he wasnt. Even in the blog I left. I would give him zero stars but I think you no what I mean.Veterans stay away from this guy. And. Outstanding all the way. Courteous and professional staff.

He listens and helps out instead of like other doctors that just think they know everything without even getting to know you.

New staff is wonderful, Dr is amazing. Feels like a little family and doesn't treat you as a number... I'm not going anywhere :-)

Dr. Smith was rude. Each time I tried to explain my concerns he would interrupt me. He did major surgery on me. Before surgery he tested me for diabetes. My levels were extremely high and after surgery he released me without antibiotics. I ended up with a major infection in my stomach and had to have emergency surgery somewhere else of course. I will never let this surgeon touch me again. His smart mouth and rude comments were the icing on the cake.

The staff is very very rude and unprofessional. My husband has seen Dr. Smith for the past 8 years, and for someone to treat a client like that should be fired. We are also friends of Mr. Smith. I am not bad mouthing him or what he does, I am bad mouthing his staff, especially the woman named Becky. She has hung up on us three different times, and now she has told my husband that she will not waste her time on his case anymore. You can't do that to someone that has a server panic disorder.
