I have found the employees to be very helpful and polite. The doctor I met with was knowledgeable and caring.. The doctors take the time to talk with you. It is also the only doctor willing to accept my workers compensation.

Dr's are great

I just saw David and he walked out while I was still trying to talk to him about my issues. Very rude and unprofessional. If you are that rushed and over worked. Take a day off. Do t take it out on your patients.

Building is in rough shape and half the signs are inaccurate.

I have the best counclor Madison. I've been going to this place for my mental health and also my family doctor for almost 8 years now and love this place. It's based on first come first serve for each doctor, so NO APPOINTMENTS it's a walk in doctor's office. There is also the clinic pharmacy in the same building as well as councling,and dental. I love that everything is all in one place. As of now Thursdays are the least busiest after lunch at 2pm. They are usually accepting new patient for pain management and Suboxone often so if you may need help with either of those also give them a call or stop in. I have the best counclor Madison. The wait times are ridiculous. Go elsewhere. Madison should be fired. She's so unprofessional, dirty, and rude. She's always hitting on me. Sorry ur mistaking any niceness she has toward you for anything other than her caring about ur sobriety. Maybe have a conversation with her instead of trying to make her sound awful

Staff is as patient as they can be with the volume and client attitude. Physicians caring and make sure that you have everything taken care of.

I been going there for sixteen years.ya it might be a little wait but where isnt.the people are great there and doctors care. Mr. Newman my doctor mike and all staff in pharmicy have helped me great and i want to say thank you

Ohio health is NOT what I want in health care. Very impersonal and not dependable. Inefficient in all aspects. I felt like a pixel on a computer. Do not go there unless you do not need a doctor very bad.

The wait is sometimes a little long but it all depends on the day and time you go. I've been coming here for a while now. Madison IS the absolute best at what she does. She never makes me feel bad about my past shes never rude she always appears positive and happy. I don't normally write reviews on anything but, I have to give a review to my doctor here. Michelle Watts (Miki) She has been so wonderful to me! She is caring, she listens, she is very in-tune with her patients and even on my worst days, like today, she can make me laugh. I would never want to see anyone else. Thank you, Miki for all you have done for me. I am grateful to have you looking out for me. This was my first visit at Ohio Health. Everyone from the doctor to the receptionist where very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this office.

The doctors here are all professional would recommend this clinic to anyone that's in need of a good doctor. Always keeping me updated on my annual checkups and have no problem getting referrals to specialists when needed Dr Mike is awesome making sure his patients care is his top priority

I have been going here for 5 yrs and have always been treated great by my physician Michelle watts. She has always been concerned with my well being and how I'm doing health Wise and has always done everything she can in her power to help me. I love coming here!!

Poor service

Waiting times here are horrible, whether in the waiting room or in the pharmacy. Staff are neglectful and unprofessional when it comes to communication between the dental office and pharmacy. We were told, rather than sending our medication, the woman that was supposed to be sending our meds to the pharmacy went on break to smoke. Ended up waiting for over 30 minutes to find it was for nothing. Had to go back up, have it finally sent, and go wait again. The overall vibe of the place is extremely trashy and be prepared to spend your entire day here regardless of the amount of patients. Very unorganized, very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. This is the worst Dr. office I've been to in my life. the staff are rude and unprofessional as well as the Dr. I saw named Mike. This guy talked me into leaving my original doctor I felt was not helping me. He said if I get a release from my doctor and take a drug test he could help me. In fact I took two test because they lost my first test and nobody knows where it is. So I got my DNA floating around somewhere and nobody knows were its at. After about 4 visits with Mike I am still in the same place with the same treatment the first doctor was giving me. I felt like Mike just told me he could help me with my concerns that I wasn't getting from the other doctor just to bill my insurance for service. This guy did not even give me a physical examination none of the times I saw him. He would just ask, while sitting in his chair, "how you feeling, what is your pain level?" then send you on your way. I tried to talk face to face with him about my concerns, and he would just send one of his staff out to relay messages, so rude and unprofessional! I tried to talk to the supervisor about my concern and she says, "you be best off going back to your original doctor with your concerns, as she walked away rolling her eyes and back into her office while I was still talking and standing there, So rude and unprofessional! The staff have you weigh yourself in and then tell them your weight, so unprofessional. The facility is filthy, from the lobby to the rest room all the way to the examining area, which again, Mike doesn't give a physical examination to me, so I'm sure this is his normal practice to everyone he comes in contact with as a Dr. smh. One of the staff up front named Ms. kenya was very professional I must say, she tried her best to help me with my concerns the best she could without being the Dr. but most of the staff, Dr. Mike and the supervisor in the back office need some re-training on their job description as well as customer service or should I say how to address people as patients not numbers. I hope Dr. Newman doesn't except these practice and may be in the dark of whats going on at his place of business and this review can help him fix some of the problems I experienced not just for me, but for the rest of the community that looks for him for help with their medical concerns. He seems to have staff working for him that treat people as numbers not patients depending on them for help. ALL the staff in front are rude. My doctor was okay for the 5 mins I saw her. The nurse in the back was also nice. I will not return based solely off the treatment from the front staff! They should ALL be replaced. I was polite and patient to not receive the same in return. All in one health center with dentist, doctor, psych, and pharmacy. But be prepared for a 3-4 hour wait even when there is only 3 ppl waiting.

I am very dissatisfied with dr. Newmans office. I had to wait almost 3 hrs to complete my service. The staff are rude and very unproffesional they treat you like your not important as a patiencent. I had to take two urine test to try and get pain meds for my problem because they lost first urine test and nobody knew what happen to it. This turned into a 3 week process before dr. Mike gave me some low dose pain meds he originnally prescribed without urine test after i told him they did not work

this clinic is very bad, you have to wait a very long time in the waiting room and they also take people back that just came in even if there are people that has been waiting a long time,i believe they take the people they LIKE better first. the front people are rude and very Disrespectful.they also pretty much make up the Rules of the Clinic as they go,and they will also kick people out for no reason and if someone calls and says something bad about you they will just kick you out and not even ask you or test you or whatever. They offer alot of medical servives here. Most of the time everyone is nice, but you have your occasional a$$ hole like all Drs. offices. I recommend this Dr to everyone who is looking!

I'm here right now , and had been her for 3 hrs . They are so unorganized - I had to sign 2 papers to get called back and they still haven't called me back . I have came in before several people and they are ahead of me . I questioned them and they said " be patient" this has happened more then once .
