I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIVE DR ZAGHA .I MEAN TO ME HE IS THE BEST AS A PERSON AS A PROFFESSIONAL EVERYTHING .YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU HAVE A DR LIKE THIS ONE OF A KIND. HE CALL HIS PATIENTSHE IS CONCERN 100 PERSENT AS A PERSON AND AS A DR WELL ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU HAVE HIM KEEP HIM HE TO ME AGAIN IS THE BEST.????

If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I wish more doctors were like him. I drove almost an hour to see him but well worth it to see the best! Got to the root of the problem and fixed it. I did my research of the different procedures and such, which impressed him.Information is power, and with (most) of the stuff online, its easy. I use web-md. The wait was only 30 minutes, and mostly due to an afternoon appointment, which is expected. If you dont wanna wait, get an 8am appt. whether its with this dr. or anybody else. By the way- the office staff is very friendly too.

I went there for a surgery that I was so afraid to do. I was anxious and almost walked out as the time get closer for me to get under the knife. But Doctor Zagha and his wonderful nurse held it down. They kept me calm, they spoke to me, made me laugh and even educated me while doing the surgery... it went great and I'm happy. I forgot the nurse name, but she was a young Hispanic woman and she was kind and very informative. The doctor Ralph Zagha was funny, cool, smart, and thought me a few things.. From the second I stepped into the office to the second I left, Dr. Zagha and his employees were first class every step of the way. Answered all questions and quelled any concerns I had regarding my vasectomy. Very nice guy with soft and tender hands & would recommend him 8 days a week to any man needing a urologist.

Dr Zagha is one of the best physicians I have seen, friendly, excellent attention and care, I am pleased I went to see him

At first appointment, there was no room to sit in waiting room... crowded and trying to maintain CDC recommended distances. I was asked to wait in my car and they would phone me. Then a seat opened up. Dr. Zahga was pleasant, younger than expected, knowledgeable, and took time to explain procedures. He was not rushed in spite of the crowd and took time to answer all questions thoroughly. I'm satisfied. I trust him.

Their outbound call center service is trash, absolute terrible customer service

He was very nice but I came in Friday with a UTI but anti-biotics weren't called in until Tuesday. Afterwards he called in Premarin, a cream made from Pregnant Horse Urine. An extremely cruel practice where pregnant horses are kept in a small space, given little water (to get stronger estrogen levels) and impregnated until they are used up. Dr Ralph Zagha is the best, he makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and he explains everything to you and makes you understand what he is going to do , my husband had his prostate surgery done by Dr ZAGHA and we are extremely happy how it turned out , he is Amazing. Thankfully I was referred to Doctor Zagha for an emergency urologic surgical procedure. I was impressed and comforted with his knowledge and the extra time he took to make sure I understood every step of the process. My surgery went amazingly smoothly. Dr. Zagha let me know fully what to expect with each detailed follow up visit. This is the Doctor I will take my loved ones too because I know they will get the absolute best medical care possible! I am very surprised to see some of the reviews on here being negative, I have been going to Dr. Ralph Zagha for 6 years and he is by far the best doctor I have ever had! He is personable and makes you feel comfortable. He is extremely good at what he does and very informative to any of my concerns. The office is busy, of course (that speaks volume!) I wouldn't want to go to an office that is not busy (Am I right?) The entire office staff is amazing! They are friendly and understanding with all the patients! Give him a try! Definitely worth it! Booked an appointment with Dr. Zagha and when I arrived waiting in the exam room another doctor appears and it was not Dr. Zagha. Why wasn’t I told this???

Attentive & answered all my questions. Explained details thoroughly with a kind & friendly disposition. Recommended. Staff was friendly as well.

I chose Dr. Zagha based on the reviews and wish I never had. Went in Friday with UTI discomfort where I had to take off work. He gave me incontinence meds and sent me home, in pain, with slight fever and weak. Never got a callback on Monday. I called on Tuesday and he finally called in an anti-biotic. Dr. Zagha Is a great Dr in his field makes you feel comfortable when talking to you about procedures he is on the top of his game, the reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due too his office staff very disorganized you make appointments they loose them or can't find your information or you call the office and your placed on hold limbo for 10 or so minutes, again he is one of the great Doctor's in his field. November, 2017 - I had a procedure with a different urologist, at the 6 month check up, nothing had changed and he suggested a second procedure. Realizing my mistake of not getting a second opinion before the procedure, I was not going to make that mistake again. Luckily for me, I found Dr. Ralph Zagha. I read Ray Toledo's review and printed it off to take on my first visit with Dr. Zagha. I explained to Dr. Zagha that Ray's review caused my expectations of him to be high...and he did not disappoint. Dr. Zagha is a true professional, he reviewed my file, shared his opinion of what was going on and explained my options. May 2018 - I had a second procedure done, this time by Dr. Zagha, at University Hospital. One of the nurses there told me if her dad, husband or brother needed anything done in the field of urology, she would insist they go to Dr. Zagha. As Michael Jordan is to basketball, Dr. Zagha is to the field of urology, simply the best. I highly recommend Dr. Zagha and feel free to print this review out and let him know your expectations are high...you will not be disappointed. Dr Ralph Zagha is an EXCEPTIONAL and CARING Physician with EXCELLENT bedside manners. I am so grateful and blessed that Dr Zagha has provided my husband with his healthcare needs.

Nice manner, easy to talk to. He takes time to check you out and give you understandable advice.

By sharing pictures before n after it was disclosed that the previous four prostate procedures by four separate uros were incomplete, practically untouched leaving me with hematuria/clotting for 13 yrs.
