Dr. Ramon Carampatan

Today my sons were to see Dr. Carampatan I received a phone call with a confirmation of 8:15. We arrived 8:11, I said to the reception we are here for a physical. Her response was "you are late" not a good morning, not how are you today but "you are late". I tried to explain to her that I got a call and we were scheduled for 8:15. Okay but if we are late then I have two appointments can at least 1 of my sons be seen. She told me they were going back together so that is impossible, meanwhile there is no one in the waiting area and obviously no one is being seen yet, it's now 8:20. I explained to her how hard it was to get both boys out of school and I out of work. I realize she's at work, so it didn't matter to her, of the inconvenience of working people. I said all of that to say Dr. current staff needs a facelift. I will not be taking my family there again, it way too many other providers out there. Sorry Doctor My family and I really enjoyed your care, the staff will ruin

After trying out a couple of pediatricians in SV we finally walked into the office of Dr. Carampatan. I could say we were lucky but I believe we were blessed. From the courteous staff, the warm welcomed & the most wonderful caring doctor. he is compassionate, kind and he will listen to everything you have to say, there is no rushing to the next patient and he truly cares. Thank you to the wonderful nurses, great staff and to the best Pediatrician , Sierra Vista and all your patients are lucky to have you.
