Absolute wonderful experience considering I needed a root canal. Dr. Hernandez was very informative of everything he was going to do and spoke to me the whole way through the procedure making sure I was ok. I have never seen such a great bedside manner from a Dr. His asst. was also very pleasant throughout the whole proccess. I did not have the slightest bit of pain and will 100% go back to him if I ever need dental work. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!! Absolute wonderful experience considering I needed a root canal. Spectacular Staff. Fantastic Doctor.

Dr Hernandez performed a root canal. The next day I had severe swelling and pain. No antibiotics were prescribed prophylactically. It took 2 days and numerous phone calls and emails with photos with uncaring and unknowledgeable staff to get an appointment. I came in early with severe pain and swelling and the doctor made we wait till all the other patients left to see me. Was given antibiotics but it was too late. I finally went to ER and was admitted immediately for 2 days with IV antibiotics and steroids. Incurred large hospital expenses to get infection treated. So glad I was referred to Dr. Hernandez. His expertise is obvious.

Developed a painful severe infection the next day after a root canal performed by Dr Hernandez. I was calling telling them about my pain and swelling and emailing photos of my swollen face. I couldn't get in for 2 days and waited in the front for over an hour till all the others patients left. Staff was chatting and laughing while I sat in pain. Staff is rude and uncaring. I can honestly say he is the kindest, most skilled doctor/dentist I have ever had. He performed a root canal on one of my molars (#18) and let me tell you, I was terrified! But it was so comfortable that I have had cleanings that were more painful. I am just so grateful that even though I never write reviews online, the first thing I am doing after taking a nap at home is writing this review. I highly recommend this doctor and this office.
