I’ve had bladder cancer Jan 2017 had the camera up me more than 10 time,pure pain.New Doctor no pain.4 time in hospital and home with a pee-bag,new Dr. no pee-bag.No pain.Dr.Perez old school,new Dr.new school.Thank God for him.

Outstanding Dr. and great staff!

Office patient for injection. Desk staff very friendly and polite. Confidentiality maintained at all times. Clinical staff extremely efficient. Entire experience very fast and very thorough. No wasted time. No sitting around waiting on doctor. Waiting room was nicely appointed, but I only spent about 5 mins there. I was on time, and THEY were on time.

Very professional and caring physician and staff. Everyone is friendly and it is a pleasure to visit this office.

Smooth doctor! He tells it like it is with a touch of sensitivity to it. Gives a sense of confidence that no matter what you could face, you will both get through it.

DR. Perez first time visit was great he checked me and found one problem which led to more he told me he would care of the big problem first made me feel great with his concern on making me feel better . And yes i would recommend DR.Perez to family and friends

I called and changed my home healthcare and his office staff said I was rude to them and my wife was sitting right next to me when I did it. Then while I was in post op he tells my wife that I am fat and that’s why I have kidney stones and as all of of his patients can vouch he is fat himself and then he never explained on the different procedures for removal of my stent, like the option of anesthesia to remove it. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to him.

Dr. Perez is such a well rounded and down to earth doctor. Very easy to discuss your medical issues with. straight forward with his answers. Staff is very pleasant and professional. office is clean

First of all, Dr Ramon Perez-Marrero, MD is the best urology doctor in Tampa-Bay area so far ! In last 20 Years I change my address many time , but I did find Dr Perez wherever he is. Highly skilled urology specialist, very professional, always have time and ready to explain patient problem to a details. Very confident with his diagnosis, so patient can have the trust.

Dr. Perez makes you feel very comfortable and always has a smile on his face. He is always ready to answer any questions that I have. I have recommended him to other family members who are now also patients.

From the first moment I met DR Perez I felt comfortable with his engaging manner, and his ability to get right to the root of the problem. Within four weeks Dr. Perez gave me the freedom to live without having to self cath. 3 times a day, and always being tied to a time table! I can now travel with complete confidence for the first time in seven years! Thank you Dr. Perez.

THE DOCTOR IS INSIGHTFUL , CONVEYS DETAILS OF PROBLEM SO ONE CAN RECOGNIZE EVEN OBSCURE SYMPTOMS OF WHICH TO BE WATCHFUL..

I love this guy. He saved me life this Past June 2016. I had a urinary tract infection so bad that had to be hospitalized for 5 days. Dr.Perez was the doctor who treated me at Trinity Hospital, and is now my Urologist for ever. He is wonderful man. Thank god for this man.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for almost two years now. His staff are wonderful, they always put me at ease, even when I'm having a bad day. The Doctor takes the time to explain everything to me and doesn't rush out just because he is busy. When I'm here I always feel like a priority.

His bedside manner was terrible. His diagnosis and treatment did not match. He was not helpful or sympathetic. It was one of the most terrible doctors visits I have ever had.

Confident in his treatment and care of cancer. Keeps family informed at times of surgeries and therapy. He always has the best treatment and compassion for his patients. Best urologist in area.

I have had only two experiences with Dr. Perez. His staff is funny and kind which really helped me to relax. I went there because I had a spot on my bladder which freaked me and my family out. Susie and Dr. Perez totally relaxed me and joked with me the whole time during my procedure. Dr. Perez and Susie answered all my questions and did not rush away to see another patient. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank You Kindly Dr. Perez!

Dr. Perez's office miscoded blood tests and office visit which caused both to be denied by my insurance company and a $1,000.00 bill to me for something that should have not cost me anything since my out of pocket and deductible was paid for the year. The office manager was extremely rude when I tried to work everything out with her. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office.
