I have tried calling for over a week now, my father wanted to come here based on great reviews for both doctors but the front desk is extremely incompetent. We understand that the healthcare system has taken a toll due to the pandemic but patients are anxious because their healthcare is being delayed. We had to go in person due to no one answering the phone and they refused to make an appointment saying we have to call. My father has private insurance and anyone working with insurances would know that the easiest way to locate a pt with private insurance is via their social. The lady talking to us did not even want to search him up like that emphasizing she needed the ID. So disappointed. Excellent, great professional. English and Spanish speaking. Very relaxed person, explaint all questions clear. Friendly and respectful. 100 % recommended.

I would never recommend this doctor. The worst doctor anyone can go to. All his receptionists are very disrespectful over the phone. And speak to you as if you aren’t a human. If they are suppose to represent him they are doing a HORRIBLE job and make him look bad as a doctor as well.
