My allergies and asthma are under control for the first time in 60 years after seeing Dr. Kathleen Dass. I recommend this practice to everyone I know who has these problems. Wonderful doctor. So glad I found her.

I had an appt scheduled and called back to cancel just because of how rude the staff was on the phone. She told me they are short staffed which I understand, but I’d much rather find a doctor office that actually cares for the patients.

This doctor & receptionist are soo rude, out of line and unprofessional. actual worst experience I’ve Ever had by far. The first time I went into the office and I was feeling a little blue and uneasy because of my health issue, he immediately tried to put me on Zoloft after not even two minutes of talking and asking absolutely no questions. Uhhh.....? No thanks. He doesn’t hear you out or listen. When I was having anxiety and panic attack, the doctor made really cold comments and was laughing at me, with the nurse while in the same room. He always cuts me off when I’m speaking, is extremely arrogant and then they refuse to give you results over the phone OR mail. So I have to wonder for weeks while I’m in vacation, what my results are, I’ve never had this experience with results- usually the dr is open to calling me. JUST WOW. Dr. Ramsey is the best the staff is so kind

My experience was very pleasant with both doctors Dr Kathleen Dass and Dr Ramsey Dass, results have happened when I went to see them I wouldn't change doctors for nothing.

Caring office

My appointment was with Dr. Kathleen Dass. The staff is foreign, but they speak slowly and clearly so you can understand. I have never been treated so kind in any medical office....ever! Dr Kathleen Dass is one of the smartest people in her field I've ever met. She knows her stuff. The office could use an update, but that's irrelevant compared to my outstanding care and treatment. The worst doctor. Very rude!!!!!!! Women on the phone rude!!!!!! No idea how to speak to people. He is the worst. I will never ever recommend him to anyone!!!!!! Will yell and curse at you!!!!!!!

Very nice and personable team. Dr Dass takes his time with his patients and has a lot of experience and knowledge.

Doctor Ramsay Dass has been my primary care physician for roughly 2yrs give or take. In this amount of time i have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia,arthritis,endometriosis,gout,reynauds disease and diabetes. I'm clearly in a tough situation or have i been misdiagnosed since he is a greedy, money hungry, script writer instead of listening and doing tests. They never have gotten my name nor spelling correct in these years and still call me diana.They over book their days so bad that there is long waits and not only have i had a worse than sub par experience with them but the surgeon i was referred to by them, botched my surgery and a 2 week recovery went in to 5mos that also came with an Absyss,infection and loose stitches.(also when i asked Ramsay dass to give me a 2nd opinion on my infected incision being that he's my pcp, he refused to because "that is a really h good friend of mine..you can trust him" it's unbelievable. Another place They referred me to was no longer in service with a disconnected number...they are the most unorganized, unsympathetic,uncaring, racist group of "medical professionals"( and i use that term loosely) that i have ever come across. Today was my last day as a patient there after the receptionist refused to verify my active insurance that she claimed was inactive(due to telling my insurance company that my name was Diana,not dayna hence their inability to verify my policy). I begged her in pain, crying and having an anxiety attack to double check because i know it's active since i had used it at my other doc the very day prior and they verified it and she at dass's office refused. So i took it upon myself to call to verify and as i got confirmation of my insurance STILL being active, i tried to hand off my phone to the receptionist to get the confirmation she required and she....yep you guessed it,refused to take the call, then refused to call the number provided for her to verify and proceeded to tell me that maybe i should just find a new doctor like she was 5 having a temper tantrum because it must've been too much work for that lazy heffer. They literally turned away a 3yr loyal, quiet,polite, INSURED patient with diabetes,fibromyalgia,arthritis and anxiety issues due to the cow of a receptionist who refused to do her job. Unless you are their ethnicity,they will not treat you with empathy or respect and I'm not the only one to say that as their patient.NTM, the receptionist in the heighth of the dilemma tried to blackmail me in to paying a $60 balance(then she said i could be seen)WHEN I'M INSURED! I did nothing but keep my patience, never raised my voice and i agreed with cruella deville that i should find another doctor and i peacefully walked out.I highly suggest that anyone whom go there, just don't! Last thing I'm mentioning...i should've known better when i saw a nurse of theirs walk out of bathroom and she didn't wash her hands...the reason i know this? I went in after her and there was no toilet paper, no paper towel and the soap bottle was refilled with water not actual soap...it's an appalling office and it needs to be reported to the city for possible health code violations,so i will be doing so. I have seen Dr. Dass a number of times. His staff has always been helpful. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond all other doctors I've seen. I would strongly recommend him and look forward to continuing to be his patient
