Amazing customer service and great doctors!!!

The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing with my 3 year old!! And doctor Ramsey was SUPER!! I definitely recommend this place for all your needs in eye care. She ended up needing glasses after a very good procedure in determining very pleased and thankful for Dr. Ramsey and his team!????

I am absolutely amazed how well organized and friendly the staff were. Doctor Katan is an outstanding doctor, not only he is extremely knowledgeable, he also takes his time to address every issue or concern I had (which, unfortunately, not many doctors do these days). So without any hesitation, I would definitely recommend Dr. Katan to anyone looking for a great patient care. I also wanted to Thank Dr.Katan and his staff for making my visit so enjoyable. I am looking forward to the next visit.

From the front desk, to Dr.Ramsey, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Could not be happier with my new set of eyes!

Everyone in the office is very hospitable. They are nice friendly and courteous as well. I wish I found them earlier.

Great Dr! Easy to make appointments. This is a Doctor that listens. He is thorough and thoughtful. A great eye doctor can be hard to find. This one is the best. I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding vision care was truly outstanding. I was able to book an appointment without having to wait 2 weeks. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 and we were taken care of together. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be having our vision concerns taken care of by outstanding vision care.

I took my daughter to Outstanding Vision Care to get an eye exam for the first time and we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Katan was very professional. I am glad we found this place!

I am so happy I found Dr. Katan and his staff for my eye care. The staff has been excellent - very friendly and accommodating. I found a great pair of frames and was able to have extra glasses made using old frames. The workmanship is outstanding. Dr. Katan is wonderful, he explains all the tests and is very thorough. I have been to 4 different eye doctors including a specialist in the last two years. All of those previous “Doctors” barely spent 5 minutes with me, didn’t listen to my issue. Dr. Katan listened, did multiple tests, and confirmed results. He took time to diagnose me properly. He was kind enough to explain what he saw and answer my questions. It’s a small office, but I highly recommend. The entire staff seemed interested in actually helping me. I have been to 4 different eye doctors including a specialist in the last two years. I looked at the reviews for this place and they were all good. When I got there I had my eye exam for $89. I then asked him about my prism and he replied that would require another test. He charge me an additional $40 for the prism test. When they gave me my prescription I took it down to Costco to get glasses. He had put the prism all on one lens instead of splitting it, causing me to go back and get another updated prescription to take back to Costco. I would never go back here. Great place friendly staff.

Outstanding experience they are the best!

I was visiting in the area when I suddenly had an eye injury. They saw me right away. The staff is very curteous and caring. The doctor was gentle and assuring me every step of the way. Thank you so much. I was truly blessed by you all.

I would recommend outstanding vision care to everyone. Dr Ramsey Katan spend as much time as I needed and gave me the most thorough exam and tests I've ever had. The staff was amazing. I will only go here for my vision needs in the future.

Outstanding vision care is Outstanding! Dr. Katan listened and cared what my concerns were. He, his wife, and the staff were friendly and personable. I didn't feel rushed. He did a thorough job. When I left the office I was so glad I found to have found them. They were all outstanding!!!

Outstanding Vision Care really lives up to its name. I have been a patient of Dr. Ramsey Katan for almost 4 years. He is an excellent optometrist. He goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about a patience vision health. Every time I go there I come out of the office with no doubt that I got the best care. My prescription glasses come out perfect every time. Glasses are ordered and come back in a timely manner that is above satisfying. The staff is gentle easy to talk to. And it’s very well trained in every aspect of optometry. Starting when you come in you are greeted you are paying attention to you are taking care of and the process is always a good time. I’ve never left a review for any where before but this doctor was so kind to my 14 year old daughter and had such a cool and calm demeanor. 10/10 wild recommend.

Phenomenal care ! From the moment you contact the office each and every staff member is professional and knowledgeable. Amazing selection of affordable glasses. Doctor Ramsey is so kind and attentive. I will never go to another vision center other than here !

Thorough and friendly!

Very professional and very caring staff as well as the doctor!

Had a peice of metal in my eye from work and Dr. Katan had to use a needle and a drill to get it out. Absolute nightmare fuel. But he kept me calm and assured that I wouldn't feel any pain whatsoever. The man did amazing work because less than 48hrs later i no longer feel any pain or irritation. And his staff of nurses are extremely thoughtful, kind and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend you come to this place if you need to see an optometrist. The kindest people I've ever met. I've been going to them for years since I was a teen and still come as an adult. The doctor is very thorough and gives all options of chose to help with anything I need. I definitely recommend.

Dr. Ramsay Katan's office is clean, comfortable, and run apparently efficiently. His staff is friendly, professional. I expect to have greatly improved vision in four to six weeks. I have no complaints. Scheduling is easy. I recommend him enthusiastically.

Today my two sons and I had appointments the staff and Dr Ramsey Katan where very knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend to everyone

I first brought my 3 children to get an eye exam and glasses and they accommodated all 3 to be seen the same day which was perfect for anyone with multiple kids and not having to come different times as I’ve had to with previous dr’s. The staff was friendly the nurses made my kids feel comfortable. They were patient with my son who is adhd and had a hard time staying still during the exam! The optometrist was great as well explained every step and what they were doing. I ended up making an appointment for myself and received the same great service! I would definitely recommend! And I’d like to add that the glasses were ready quickly! Amazing place

Very welcoming, receptionist was very friendly and was able to answer all questions. Dr. Katan is outstanding and was quick with my visit.

The whole staff was very friendly and nice. They spoke to my daughter and made sure she understood everything they were doing. The doctor was very personable and very nice.

Very good experience. My son and I had our first visit there and the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We both got very good service!

Great service for my insurance and I've got glasses coming without out of pocket expense. I like the nice people able to help me into the begining of the visit. I appreciate there service.
