Dr Shehab was attentive and answered my questions. Never persuading me one way, or another of what procedure is best, giving me options. There was no doubt in my mind I was in good hands and made the right decision with Dr Shehab.

I would not recommend use for any regenerative procedures. Dismissed patient concerns and was arrogant and uneducated on these protocols.

In diagnosing the source of my pain Dr. Shehab persisted until he was able to identify a cyst in my leg, using an ultrasound to confirm his finding. I appreciate that he took my claims of pain seriously and then offered a variety of solutions.

I’d fluid removed from the front of my knee and from a Baker’s Cyst behind my knee.

With no empathy, Dr Shehab with arrogance and absolutely no professionalism, seen me for 10 mins. Explained nothing. Drain my right knee with no numbing or caring, then he ran out of the room with just a "sorry". His nurse Alley came in and made me feel guilty "yea everyone could hear you outside", to tell me my diagnosis from the xrays. My leg was twice it size just above the right knee and below. My PT had suggested I get this checked out. I had to go to my pcp the next day, and she ordered an emergency Doppler. In 3 business days I still had so much pain and swelling. How would I go to work as a homecare RN at night. I called Dr Shehab and his team, this was a mistake. Dr Shehab said he had discharge me, and I just needed weight management along with PT. It was my problem if not following "his" orders said nurse Sarah.. I could go to pain management. He only met me once and he was not able to assess this with out a 4 hrs test for functional mobility, that my insurance would not cover. I told him and his rude staff: I have started PT and they sent me to him for possible dvt . Nurse Sarah squaked under the direction of DR Shehab "Your pcp who wrote the PT script has to take care of. I found this all strange. I mean DR Shehab is an ortho expert with a system I have depended on for years for my family care. Now he does not know who I am, nor my case and will not take responsibility to help me. On The 4th business day I asked for a note to go back to work without restrictions. I was told by the rude staffer Sarah and her manager Nancy that: DR Shehab has discharged me and they would not write that. He does not know my case well enough (he has only seen me once but diagnosed me and treated me) now he know nothing about me. He billed my insurance and I paid $25. I was unable to go back to work. I may loose my job. And, DR Shehab took my money. Referred me to pain management and stated he does not know me well enough. Terrible Doctor.I am a nurse and I found it strange that his staff kept on saying, you know your a nurse. No, if I knew anymore than what I was doing and was able to make medical decisions--I would not have had my insurance pay him. It was all so weird. I never seen anything like it .Just no empathy and no professionalism. Maybe just for a senior who over weight with arthritis Beware of him anyway. He charged all that money and did not even assess my mobility due to the advanced disease in the knee. Stay clear of him. Hopefully my wonderful pcp will help me. First of all, I'm happy that I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my initial call. Dr. Shehab came in right away after I arrived, introduced himself and listened to my story. He was very attentive and provided options to help my condition. I was encouraged with a new procedure he suggested that none of the other medical providers mentioned. Dr. Shehab and the nurse worked together with me at the appointment to schedule the procedure. I felt like he cared about my situation and followed through to be sure he could get me in on a timely basis. Thank you so much!

Follow-up on my left knee - I had a torn meniscus, tried physical therapy and pain medication and was returning to consider shots

I visited Dr. Shehab for a knee injury and received excellent treatment. He had read my X-Ray and MRI result just before our in office consultation, listened thoroughly to my explanation of problem, asked detailed questions about my physical activity routines, and respected my preferences for a non-surgical plan of care at this time. He performed two small procedures in the office, is advocating with my insurance company for a new non-surgical treatment that may improve mobility, and ordered physical therapy so that I can know for sure which exercises can be continued and which should be substituted or stopped. Also he said that good exercise form could be confirmed or instructed in the PT. I left the visit with pain relief, mobility improvement, and a clear plan of care that prioritizes my preference to remain as active as possible.

Dr. Shehab is AMAZING! He always added me into his clinic when I had pain. He is kind, caring, competent, and available 24/7. He returns phone calls, email, text, etc. He is an expert in giving ultrasound guided injections, managing pain without opioids, ordering necessary imaging and various treatment plans to eliminate pain. I have highly recommend him to my family, friends, and coworkers.

My visit this morning was very pleasant and welcoming. Dr Shehab explained the medication benefits and treated me with TLC.

He is an excellent doctor. I was having a problem walking and I thought I needed a hip replacement. Dr, Shehab was able to figure out what the problem was and now I walk fine

Dr. Ramsey Shehab is nothing short of amazing. I am a runner and have been a runner for thirty-six years (36). Approximately five years ago I began to experience severe hip pain. It progressed from calcification in my hips to a fracture about at year ago. Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Shehabs about six (6) months ago I was totally frustrated still running but CONSISTENTLY running with pain. Dr. Shehab and his treatment has changed my life. He is invested inhis patients to their full ability

Dr. Shehab was on time, diagnosed my problem quickly, and answered all the questions I had. He drained fluid off my knee, gave me a cortisone shot, and had me return a week later for cortisone in my hip. Now I go to PT. I feel better than I have in over a year. Highly recommend him.

Very personable. I’m a nurse myself injured my left knee somehow & was just desperate to see someone. Persistence paid off & im glad I got to meet Dr. Shehab. I actually have a f/u appointment to see him again for my other knee. He injected my left knee w/ cortisone & it was like instant relief. So now I want the same for the right. Very nice beside manner. I recommend him to anyone.
